The hotel is located on a quiet street near the university which is rated as safe, during the day at least. It is a short walk into town and shopping. It looks a bit grubby on the outside but is otherwise clean. Our room was large an comfortable with a safe, television (no remote.. but I could have asked!) but...

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Very tired hotel and tired staff. Although the duty manager was understanding, I felt that the service was very poor from the rest of the staff. The restaurant staff were kind of not very welcoming and could do with a customer care workshop. Room service was bad.I asked for an ironing board and...

This hotel is adequate for a short stay. The hotel is dated and not what I would recommend for longer than a couple of nights. The internet does not work unless you go into the lobby. They say it does but beg to differ. There is a restaurant onsite which is pretty good. Overall I would give it a good...

Arriving in Boulevard hotel felt like going back in time, to be fair. The hotel interior is tired. Very tired. While the rooms were clean, they are that sort of worn that they still seem a bit dirty, no matter what - and the same applies for the bathroom. The room was very very hot for some reason, even if...

Stayed at this fine establishment on and off for 3 weeks! Received such a welcoming service! The decor represented traditional African culture! Great location and beautiful and relaxing gardens! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is great and suites all ages! I travelled with my mother and grandmas and we were all well fed! We travelled around...

Only stayed here 2 nights, had all the facilities needed. The decor is really dated, however my room was nice and clean. The bed was not comfortable though, felt like I was sleeping on the floor as it was so hard. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was really good, large variety of choices and fresh juices. The restaurant food...

I stayed for four days while on business in Nairobi. The Sentrim Boulevard is well-located and very comfortable, although the decor in the common areas is definitely several decades old. I stayed on the garden side, which is definitely the preferred side, away from the street noise. The mattress on the bed was truly fantastic- one of the best ever...

We stayed in Boulevard while in Nairobi before heading off to Mombasa, the staff were very welcoming on our arrival. The room was clean, well organised and had amenities necessary for the day. Including e-mosquito repellent plugged in. View from our window was great - overlooking the gardens, with wide sliding glass when opened e could hear the river gushing...

Arrived at the hotel and we entered through a security gate. The hotel is close to the shopping centre and local supermarket. There is a lot of security at both the hotel and in the streets of Nairobi. Make sure you travel with someone and not at night - streets are NOT safe at night for anyone. Staff at the...
