The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The gardens and pool beautifully kept. The food in the restaurant excellent. When it comes to the staff, I couldn't give them better praise. They all go beyond what you could expect to make your stay as pleasant as possible, always eager to help with whatever querie you might have. I, for one,...

A nice hotel with clean rooms, soft beds, and hot water. We flew in late and they had dinner waiting for us. Facilities were secure and spacious. Didn't get to your the grounds much because we left early in the morning but would def stay here again when in Nairobi.

This is a secluded boutique hotel on a quiet road not too far from Karen Road shopping (about 10 min drive) but a world away from the centre of Nairobi. The location is very private, quiet and secure - perfect for a break away from the city. The hotel has lovely, well-kept grounds with shaded and open seating areas and...

Our group and I spent time at this lovely B/B prior to our Kenyan safari and once again on our return . Very good location in very pleasant surroundings,Staff were most accommodating and helpful. The food was good but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool which looked most inviting. I will certainly put it on my stay...

My aim was just go get some fresh air in a place that is warm, quiet, friendly, has great food, great 24hour service, great outdoor spots to sunbathe, take tea or simply read a book. I got this and so much more...amazing staff!! I would definitely recommend it over and over.

I surely needed my compass to get to Margarita House, you could blame my sense of direction, but am certain if I had my compass, I wouldn't have gotten lost twice. Thanks to the friendly alarm response vehicles parked in all corners of Karen we finally found our way to Margarita House. The walls around keep you guessing of what...

Dear Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to review our facility and providing us with very useful feedback. It is regrettable that you had challenges locating the hotel and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We do indeed have 3 road signs situated along three major junctions, with the most prominent one placed by the Deputy President's residence. We...

This place is acceptable and has some nice touches. Not amazing. Great four poster beds with mossie nets create a good impression that is let down by the overly simple bathroom where you can't get the temperature right no matter how much you adjust the dials (quite common in Kenya homes in my experience). Layout and style is motel like...

Dear Sir, We appreciate you candid remarks regarding our facilities and services. In addition, we are currently embarking on the process of retraining our staff as well as carrying out a number of cosmetic upgrades in the rooms...

I truly enjoyed my interactions with the entire staff, they went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable experience. The food was fabulous. Chef Peter is a...

This was our first visit to the hotel and Karen. We had the executive suite which is above reception, so slightly noisy at times, especially when the staff start in the morning. The wi-fi was terrible, kept dropping out and was non existent on the balcony. The toiletries or tea/coffee were not replaced after the first day - which was...
