I have had the pleasure of being a regular of the Tribe Hotel when in Nairobi for Business. From the moment you are collected from JKIA you feel that you are in very capable and professional hands. The staff alone set the Tribe above the rest for me personally. The rooms are great and offer a great escape to catch...

The location is ideal for business but not holiday makers - families are still welcomed. Shopping after business at Village Market saves time for business people. The air from Karura Forest makes it one of the coolest places to stay in Nairobi. The furniture is hip. The African tribal paintings are authentic. You can work sipping your cocktails, listening to a DJ...

Dear Peter K, thank you so very much for this great review of Tribe. We are thrilled you enjoyed the facilities with all its finesse. One small note to add ... our location is actually great to travel to the rift valley (Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Lake Elementaita, Lake Baringo, Lake Bogoria, etc.) as you avoid the city traffic going...

Tribe hotel gets five stars due to its location. The safest place to be and most convenient as it's right next door to village market complex. The only issue we had was the hand basin area being in the room and hardly any privacy due to the toilet door being frosted and leaving nothing to the imagination if the light...

We enjoyed staying at the Tribe although it was a little far from the airport and with the traffic in Nairobi I am not sure it is worth it for one night. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms where very nice and clean (A little small), The food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. If I was to...

In terms of location, this surrounding area has become more and more built up over the years. It is located adjacent to a shopping mall in a UN and mainly expat residential area. But for quiet drink, a nice meal, it is still one of my favorite spots...drinks are good, food is also very good....service is erratic based who is...

Arrived in Nairobi at 3PM. Nice pick up for our family in the Hotel Range Rover [felt like VIP's] and the driver should have been a tour guide. He knew every inch of the heavily traffic road to the hotel, and the major land marks. He offered us the use of the car Wi-Fi to catch up. The Girls jumped...

We stayed at Tribe Nairobi for our Honeymoon. Her parents were with us. I spent 200 nights in various hotels last year around the world. This review is a first for me. Style: Decent but not what I would expect from a five star hotel. Entire walls are draped with cheap brown fabric instead of art or other creative use...

The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff. My favorite was the hot breakfast for the taxi driver and me at departure at 5AM to the airport. From the lattes to the food recommendations and the tub, it is a wonderful and safe place to stay. Thanks to all who made my visit so nice.
