We camped here for 2 nights as a group with our own tents, the area to camp was very nice & the camp itself has very nice grounds. The grounds were very secure & clean. The communal toilets were kept very clean & the shower was always hot. The staff were very welcoming. We had breakfast one morning with the...

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for your lovely review and for highlighting so many of the features of the camp that we have tried hard to make great for our guests. We know that our guests always appreciate good security, good food, cleanliness, and the basics like hot showers and good wifi. I will pass your compliments onto the chef and...

Lovely location. Great tented accommodation. Shared bathroom a long way from our rooms for the cheaper tents Allow plenty of time for breakfast service. Would happily stay here again. We were collected from here to start our 8 day safari with no problem.

Hi Helen. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and thought our camp was a lovely location and offers great accommodation. The tents that you stayed in with shared facilities are our budget tented option located around 30-40metres from the bathrooms. For your next stay, we would recommend one of our rooms/tents with ensuite...

5 of us stayed here a week and a half ago and were very pleasantly surprised. The 'room' (a big tent) was very clean and the shared bathroom clean with lots of hot water. The staff were very helpful, even if breakfast on the Sunday morning took a LONG time to arrive!

Dear Emma, Thank you for letting us know that you had a lovely stay with us with your five friends. We are glad that you recognised we work hard to keep everything clean (I will pass this compliment to our team) and that you all enjoyed the solar hot showers. Sorry to hear that you had to wait for your...

I have always enjoyed our stay at Wildebeest and since they have put the swimming pool in and the fire circle (or semi circle) it is like the icing on the cake. We sat around the fire on our last night because unfortunately we had an horrendously timed flight home. But to sit and watch the fire glowing while lounging...

Dear Lesley, Thank you for staying with us again and we are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the improvements that we have made including the infinity swimming pool and fire pit. We are happy that we fulfilled that idyllic African fire pit experience, and you were kept company by our resident frogs while you relaxed waiting to leave...

Just a few miles from Nairobi the capital of Kenya, this camp comprises various tents plus chalets spread over a landscaped site. There is a swimming pool and restaurant on site and round the clock security on the gated entrance. This is not the place for the disabled as distances between reception, accommodation and restaurant is some minutes. Moreover, the...

Thank you for your feedback. It was quite surprising for us to read this review as your booking was made as part of a group by a valued guest who has stayed with us for many years, year on year, and on many occasions bringing groups, family and friends to Kenya. We are surprised that you hardly has a nice...

Thank you to everyone at Wildebeest for an amazing first night's stay in Africa! Thank you Janine of Serengeti Safari Co. for recommending and arranging Wildebeest. Wildebeest staff were great, "tents" with ensuite were amazing, beds were very clean and comfortable, grounds are beautiful, and the food was delicious! After flying for 20 hours and an 8 hour time loss,...

Wow, thanks for your kind words. We are so pleased to hear that your family enjoyed your stay with us and that our Deluxe Safari Tent was a welcome site when you landed in Nairobi after such a long flight. We have worked hard to create an oasis for families and we are glad that we got it so right...

This is a special place to stay, not far from the centre of Nairobi but in some ways, a world away. The rooms are in tents but have a touch of luxury with many having en suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. For the rooms without en suite there is a shower block with plenty of hot water. Breakfast and dinner...

Dear Eileen, Gosh we are blown away by your kind words. Thank you so much for letting us know that we have got so many things right for you. This was such a wonderful surprise after landing in Nairobi. The hotel is just outside of the city which means a quieter atmosphere, which is also based on the fact that the grounds are lush and filled with plants. I was traveling solo and stayed in a single tent with a shared bathroom (the bed was very comfortable!). The tent...

I have stayed 2 nights at the Wildebeest Eco Camp. I was a very good experience. It is a little outside Nairobi, but not too far away. They have also a taxi service, so they can pick you up, at the airport. I give it my warmest recommendations.
