This is a smaller friendly hotel, the staff are great very kind and helpful, great Nile views, rooms clean and comfortable, if you like a early morning cuppa bring a travel kettle, you'll also need a hairdryer. The food is good and the dining room staff are very helpful if you can't see what you want just ask. Free WiFi...

Of the 4 hotels stayed at during my recent 11 day visit to Egypt, Lotus hotel at Luxor was by far the best of all. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, heated pool, excellent satellite service, and a fine dining room. In fact, upon leaving Luxor for my return to Cairo, my only wish was to have extended the Luxor portion of...

In August 2015 (just like in 2014) we spent two nights in Lotus Luxor Hotel. The location of the hotel is very good (there is a good bar across the street, King's head pub where there is free wi-fi). The view to the Nile is wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean but the air conditioning was a little bit...

Just got back from 2 weeks staying again at the Lotus Hotel Luxor Egypt. We have stayed at this hotel and many others in Luxor but we like the Lotus Hotel the best. Its location is fantastic with a swimming pool looking out at the Nile and the west bank. The pool was like getting into a warm bath, as...

Great front desk staff, very nice rooms, incredible value. We got his for about $35US per night, best place we ever stayed in for that kind of money. The maid made us towel sculptures every day, very cute. The restaurant was pretty bad, but so was most of the food in Luxor, or Egypt for that matter. (not an eating...

Kingfisher Tours arranged a short stay in Luxor for us during our ten day stay near Al Quseir. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It is genuinely right on the Nile, no road between the hotel and the river. Our room was an absolutely standard hotel room with good beds and a decent bathroom. Our balcony overlooked the pool and...

We stopped here overnight whilst on a 2 day Luxor trip from Hurghada (booked with Book Tour Egypt, who I'd recommend). The place was fine. Not luxury, but fine for a short stay. The pool was great and lovely to look out over the Nile. Location was pretty good really, so close to get out for a bit to eat/...

The amenities of the hotel were fine - rooms were cleaned every day, pool was clean, breakfast was simple. The front desk staff are not particularly helpful (they do the minimum) but that's why having a good tour operator is necessary. But the prices were fair and there's nothing really to complain or rave about! I do recommend booking a...

Decent hotel room is small but ok , we only stayed there for a few hours after visiting Karnak temple and valley of the Kings. Great location right in front of the Nile. Only downside is that We had to pay for the WiFi totally worth it super fast. 😴😴
