Room was really tiny and cramped for two people so I insisted on a larger one (reception staff wasn't too happy but complied). WiFi didn't work in the lobby or rooms. Rooms are worn down and grungy with ugly old bedspreads. You can walk to some local sites which is a positve aspect.

Just back from the Nile and not far from a tourist market and eating area it is a reasonable location. The rooms were large enough and the beds comfortable enough. The shower was an average but usable. Wifi was available in the lobby but was only good enough for texting. The cafe opposite though has good wifi and reasonable food...

We were so tired ( total 4 person). So despirately search for any apartments. This hotel is close to the centre. One positive point. Staff on reception so rough. They gave us room where either AC, either refrigerator didn't work, also beds so old. After speak with reception and decide to leave this hotel, they proposed to us two double...

Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was included in room rate. However, at breakfast I was prompted to pay. Later when I checked my reservation and saw that breakfast was indeed included in room rate, I went to desk to ask for refund of the breakfast charge, but was refused. That night, the Air conditioner in the room stopped working. Had to...

The hotel is silent and nice for a budget stay, the reception staff if highly unfriendly and rude though the restrauant and gate keepers are warm and welcoming. The meals are.good in restrauant and the pool is good to relax. Everything is good on average except reception staff. Three out of four people are highly dissapoitning.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. All special requests were done quickly. The hotel is very clean and affordable. The food was good, with good portions and if we wanted anything more, they were always quick and satisfy our requests. The pool area is decent, but the furniture and chair pads are a bit worn and dirty. The...

My stay at this hotel was very positive. I made a last-minute reservation after seeing how horrible my previous hostel was, so I may have been overly optimistic about the hotel. However, the staff is very friendly, the food is good, the rooms are nice, and the pool was a relaxing and clean. I think this is a good place...

It is within half an hours walk of Luxor’s centre and main sites. The hotel was looking rather tired and shabby and some of the adjacent buildings appear derelict. The roof top swimming pool and relaxation area was rather nice and there are limited views to the Nile and Luxor. The breakfasts were small and uninteresting. The practical downside of...

It was OK - I wouldn't stay again, although the staff seemed nice enough (even if I'm not convinced that pasta is a traditional Egyptian dish.....) tired room decor with old furniture and carpet, and seemingly only twin bed rooms as my husband and I weren't offered a 'large bed' as we had been in other Egyptian hotels. Bathroom was...

Sorry to say this hotel, which was probably excellent in its day is now in a sad decline. The lobby and hallways are poorly lit, even though there are light there, no doublt to save costs. The room was acceptably clean, but tired, with torn carpets and a view of a wall. Even though there were only a handful of...
