Beit Sabee is built in the traditional Egyptian style - sun dried mud bricks - adobe. It is located in Luxor West Bank with a marvelous view of Medinet Habou and the Theban mountain that houses: the Kings Valley, Queens Valley, Deir el-Medinet, and Hatchepsout, etc. If you are relaxed, open and looking for a uniquely different place, you will enjoy her. Beit Sabee is a comfortable, beautifully simple rural lodging. Beit Sabee (maison d’hôtes) appeared in the September 2008 issue of Elle Decoration.

The staff were incredibly nice and made you feel very at home. The food was good and the location we found to be great for accessing the West bank attractions in Luxor (and frankly being in the middle of East bank Luxor is over-rated). The rooftop terrace and the view is reason

i have to agree with the previous review. We had a large scruffy room and the bathroom shower was in front of the toilet with no curtain so toilet was wet. It is cold in the winter and neither the room or the water temperature were comfortable. It is far from town so few eating

Hi Mike, You'll probably want to book one of the larger 80 euro/night rooms (e.g. Nagada, Ababda, etc.) if you want to share the same room. This will be one matrimonial bed and one single bed. Alternatively, for the same price, you could book two 40 euro/night rooms and have your own room and bathroom each. Yes, you can buy wine and beer from us directly. -Miguel

"We stayed in the rear panoramic cabin, which was lovely. But the side cabins are also fine. The referred the west side, which avoided the early morning sun."
