Stayed here for a week and got to say it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Egypt. Not the actual hotel itself but the reception staff are the most rudest, unhelpful bunch of people I have ever met. No smile, no welcome, no eye contact. Everything we asked for was a no or don't...

The food was terrible the restaurant is small so u can barely find a place to sit And you have to pay for the drinks. I liked the room . But there was a lot of noise because of the weddings parties every night in the hotel until 1 am.

We stayed for one night, hotel is not clean, pool is not maintained .. rooms cleanness is better than the hotel first impression, our room had a weird smell though, I guess it needed ventilation. Hotel visitors were allowed to swim in the pool with their cloth on! Won't be going back

Great hotel friendly staff good stay enjoyed it, clean and tidy, the camel guy tries to get as much money as possible out of you so try and avoid him! Always barter when priced for something, don't be shy! Oh yeh and always ask for meter to be put on when jumping into a taxi or be ready to pay...

This is from 2010. I know it says 2015. The date wouldn't go back that far. I stayed at the Grand Pyramids in Giza. When you arrive, there is a gate across the road which must be moved by a guard. There are guards in front of the hotel. Like walking into an airport. You must go through a scanner....
