this is an old but very well maintained hotel.staff always around cleaning floors etc.bathrooms a little tired.this hotel has a lovely atmosphere esp at night.plenty of places to sit and chill.food nice in there restaurant.plain but good.breakfast very nice with egg bar where u can get a lovely omellete.staff very helpful and pleasant.service excellent here

This hotel I found to be good if you were to stay for a day or two. The rooms are very nice and overlook the little oasis they have going on with the pools for sure. The breakfast in the morning is very average and don't even try the coffee. I found it to be more expensive then another hotel...

No hot water, management unprofessional, having arguments infornt off other guests with guests, wasn't allowed to stay in the same room as my wife or evening the same block, couldn't check in even Though the room was paid for until my wife arrived at 3am with her visa card. Leaving me sitting jn the reception for 8 hours. Then having...

if you were lucky and good a room in a good condition you wont have anything to complain about ,good pool view rooms, nice pool,nice room services ,u would be the only one by the pool , 2 minuets walk from the pyramids street where u can walk or take a taxi to everywhere u need to eat or banks...

Really good hotel for the Cairo standards. Don't expect to find a 4 star hotel as you know it in Europe, but that's what Egypt is. It's quiet and clean, with really good breakfast. The personel is really polite. It's in a good spot, near the Gyza pyramids area.

we got to Egypt after very trying flight with two kids and wheelchair band person. when we wanted to check in the hotel , reception never recognize our booking and stated that travel agent never paid, after 3hours agreement and discomfort in the reception then I had to pay for hotel cost again we rang state agent (Low cost holiday)...

If you would like to enjoy swimming pool and don't pay much this place for you. The rooms has a good design , but you can find some staff broken in the room, specially shower, or toilet,or then. I stayed there for ten days with my wife, the hotel was once an ancient villa belonged to a famous actor from old ages , currently it's in the form of a square surrounding a lively pool, which is well maintained , it used to be a five stars hotel but due to the limitation of staff number it lost...
