We stayed here as part of an Explore holiday and found it to be as bad as previous reviews suggested. We did have a view of the pyramids but this didn't make up for the building site outside where the machinery seemed to be going into the early hours. In the room the carpet was dirty, a light fitting was...

We stayed here as part of a group on an Explore trip. It was terrible. It was our first night in Egypt and not a great way to start. Our room was so noisy luckily we were exhausted from the flight and that's probably the only reason we slept. Some of the group did have a view of the pyramids...

This has got to be one of the worst hotels that i have stayed in and I have travelled widely. We had no choice as our tour group Explore had booked this hotel and I cannot beleive that anyone from there has ever stayed there. The experience was like stepping into an episode of Fawlty Towers with lots of staff...

A filthy run down 'hotel'. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone even if for an overnight stay. Our room stank, the bed was broken..I have never come across Bobbly cotton sheets. So called breakfast was awful! Definitely give this place a wide berth! Stay at the Pyramid Park! A much better, well equiped clean and friendly hotel

I have stayed with my family as the last stop of Egypt visit. After teriible experience of staying worst hotel of Sharm, this one makes me and my family a little bit relaxed. But normally this otel is not preferable to stay. Old, neglected, unconfortable etc, etc. Plus, there is no pyramid view around, may be I am so tired...

I have never yet written a hotel review but felt compelled to disuade anyone from contemplating a visit here. Rooms were dirty and the staff unwilling to change or clean them . Bath full of tile cement and previous occupents pubic hairs. Our room door would not lock and although we were promised this would be fixed (along with non...

We checked-in late night immediately after landing and only stayed for a night as a part of a tour package on a way to explore Egypt. Front office staff was quick, polite and efficient, generally the entire staff is very nice but that can't compensate for the dirty towels and bedsheets. The remote controls for the air-conditioning and TV set...

We stayed at this hotel as a part of our tour with Kumuka so we didn't have a choice. The rooms were decent. They were clean and everything was in working order, although others on our trip had no air conditioning. We found the staff were helpful and provided good service. We are not picky eaters so we managed just...

I stayed at this hotel while on a tour with 'Explore!' so I had no controll over which hotel I stayed at. The hotel was average. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. They had porters to carry the bags up to the rooms and the lifts looked ancient. The breakfast was ok - Egyptian style and nothing...
