Beware of the manager who actually is the owner of this twin property - Luna & Bella Luna. We spent two nights on Feb 17/18th, 2012 instead of the 4 planned because we were cheated by the manager/owner Hany. We had chosen this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor since our first choice Longchamps was not available, but...

I have stayed at a lot of hotels around the world and this is probably the best value i've ever come across. The rooms in the upgraded bella luna section only ended up costing me $25 a night and they are amazing! Two queen beds, a balcony, 25 foot ceilings, very spacious and free wifi. The staff is very friendly...

My friends and me stayed here for 3 nights on our last visit to Cairo. The hotel is very different from any others hotels that you might have stayed at. But is a perfect value for money with spacious and clean rooms and a really good staff. It feels just like staying at home. The rooms are large and spacious...

I booked 11 days here from Mid Dec to 2nd Jan 2012. I travelled with wife and 2 daughters (aged 14yrs and 2 yrs). When we first arrived the hotel looked like a real dive and I wondered what I had let myself into. We took the lift to the 5th floor, but on our return to the 3rd floor...

We had a great experience at the Bella Luna hotel. But don't judge the book by it's cover. It is quite the eye sore from outside. However, once you get inside it is very clean and comfortable. For the price and location, it is tough to beat.

Had a great stay at Bella Luna. The staff was friendly (let us use a room even when we had checked out already). Great help booking the rest of the trip. Don't be deceived or put off by the outside of the hotel. It looks awfull! The inside is nicely decorated and clean. If you want to stay in the...

We arrived at the Bella Luna in the dead of night, while the hotel slept and we wanted too. It is a shock experiencing Cairo traffic for the first time, and we were broken in gently by experiencing it first at 3am, even though it is still very busy. We stayed in Bella Luna for our first two nights in...

Stayed in Bella Luna hotel for the last 3 nights in Cairo, excellent central location, very close to the museum and in the heart of Downtown Cairo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, large and well furnished, the air conditioning worked like a dream and the free Wi-Fi was pervasive, high speed and easy...

I couldn't decide whether to take my wife to a 4 or 5* hotel or save money here and enjoy Cairo without thinking about money. I'm really glad we listened to all the positive reviews. Good bits: staff, the cleanliness of the rooms Best bits: hot powerful showers are great, they serve breakfast at any time! Not so good bits:...
