My boyfriend and I spent two weeks at Egyptian Night and enjoyed it greatly. The location is a quick walk or taxi ride to anywhere in Cairo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in organizing anything we wanted to do, even last minute. They do charge a little higher prices than many of the tour agencies, but I was...

Egyptian Night is a great hotel for a really reasonable price. The location is unbeatable, downtown and close to everything, including restaurants, the Egyptian Museum and transportation. I stayed for two weeks in a clean, cool and comfortable room with a spotless bathroom and a lovely little balcony with a museum view. The best thing about the hotel, though, is...

After staying in a not-so-great hotel in Cairo, this place was a dream! The entrance can be a little hard to find in an alleyway but, it is in a prime location right behind the Egyptian Museum. Our room actually had a balcony that overlooked the back of it and downtown Cairo. It was beautiful at night. Noisy with all...

My wife and I stayed here for a total of 6 nights in the summer of 2010. We originally stayed for 4 nights and actually enjoyed it so much that we returned for another 2 before we flew back to Canada. Don’t let the shady entrance and sketchy elevator fool you, it's a great little place to stay in Downtown...

Staff is very helpful and friendly Air Conditioning is working well WI-FI in the rooms Disadvantages Breakfast is not very rich. Rooms are small and reception loby and rooms are too close each other so no sense of privacy. Noise of Cairo Traffic...

We had hard time to find the hotel first because its entrance is not in the front of the building. The staff was friendly and they answered all of our questions about buses, pyramids and the metro. The breakfast was same every day but it was delicious and clean.

Egyptian Night Hotel is a welcome oasis in the over populated city of Cairo. After reaching the quaint lobby located on the 5th floor, you will be drawn into the inner sanctum of a building drenched in historical architecture. High ceilings adorned with antique lighting, doorways and windows clad in ceiling to floor drapes, along with some low slung seating,...

Located inside an old and architecturally interesting building. The place is newly renovated and most importantly CLEAN. New beds! Only negative is that there is traffic noise if you face the street - but you can ask for a quiet room. The staff are friendly and very helpful in organizing tours. I asked around and they had the best tour...

The hotel is located right across the street from the Egyptian museum. It is about 200m from the Nile, so there is some breeze and a bit of "fresh" air in this area. The rooms and bathrooms are small but both very clean, supplied with soap, toilet paper, clean sheets and towels. The hotel is a bit noisy, but this...
