Nice view with very professional staffs, especially at the Lounge with great view. The food at the lounge was great and very attentive service with flexibility One thing to say is that there were a trainee at the ground floor need to have some additional training in terms of friendlyness toward to the general public, they could be guests of...

If you need to be in Gangnam, Park Hyatt is an ok option. definitely not worth the price they charge. rooms - badly needs updating. everything is worn. the carpet, the paneling, switches, fixtures. and the room smelled of cigarettes even though we stayed in a non-smoking room. the room has floor to ceiling windows but you can not keep...

I lived in Seoul for almost a year and recently travelled back for a short business trip and stayed at the Park Hyatt. It is a treat! Location is perfect, in Gangnam area, just across the road from the COEXIST mall and just a few steps to the Samseong station of Seoul Metro. The hotel is ultra modern, with great...

I stayed here for 2 weeks during the winter. It was an excellent choice for me because it was near all the shopping and right next to Samseoung station. I really enjoyed the suite that I booked through AMEX FHR. I received daily buffet breakfast and a late checkout that was much needed as my flight did not leave until...

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel during my maiden trip to Seoul. The hotel is very nice and the room super stylish and comfortable. Did not explore much around the hotel areas as I have had tours planned out everyday till late in the evening. Only have two complaints - noisy room and troublesome elevator system. There is not just...

I so love the Park Hyatt Tokyo that I now always choose a Park Hyatt option when available--the details of the room seem much more refined and well-thought out compared to other hotels, and the guest experience is second to none. For my visit to Seoul, I was deciding between an arguably better location (for access to tourist attractions) offered...

A very well-appointed luxury hotel with super-attentive staff and the attention to detail that you would expect in Seoul. Perhaps wouldn't be my choice for a leisure stay - somehow the place lacks the warmth that I would want, but it's ideal for a business trip. The elevators are a bit annoying - you need to go up to the...

The service staff is amazing, patient and attentive. The room is modern, sleek and impeccably clean. Loved the bathroom. No probs with wifi and plenty of outlets in convenient places for recharging. The view from the fitness center is interesting enough to get you through a good workout. I ordered room service and was never disappointed. I especially like that...

If you need to do business near here, then this hotel is ok. It is not really in Gangnam - it is two subway stops away. Could not find any typical bars around the hotel ( and you will need one unless you are on an expense account, because the drinks in the hotel were exorbitantly priced - $15/beer, $45/...

First of, I love Park Hyatt's and try to stay at various properties as often as I can. The Seoul property is in Gangham, which is ideal if you are in Seoul on business, not so great if youre a leisure traveler. Most things to see and do are north of the river, and despite the metro station literally outside...
