For the price that is charged, I would expect so much more. The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. The Korean style beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The furniture is old, and the bathroom was not the greatest. The staff was very nice and they were helpful. There are many restaurants close by and the airport...

I stayed in this hotel for work. Wasn't my first choice. It's extremely outdated and was very muggy inside the building. The front desk staff was very nice the entire stay. The facility itself I would pass. The first room I got on the 6th floor looked like a horrible motel room. The room smelled of smoke and there was...

We stayed here for work reasons, my wife was working and I was there with our four year old son as well. We liked it, the room was very spacious and well furnished (even if the furniture was overly ornate and frilly). The staff from cleaners to those on reception through to managers were all very courteous and nothing seemed...

Experience⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience of room(😂)⭐⭐⭐ Bath⭐⭐⭐ Lighting⭐ Bed⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best part about the hotel: the bed. Extremely comfortable and I really enjoyed my sleep in it. Clean sheets and soft comfortable bed. But the lighting is horrible. No ceiling lights and the only lights come from the bedside lamps and the table lamp. The bedside table controls all the lights, the...

I have stayed at this hotel 10 years ago. I have always found it clean but 10 years ago the decor was something out of a Disney Princess Movie. That has all changed now. I found the room to be modern, clean and well thought out. The price is very reasonable for being in a great location. It is a...

The web site still advertises a hot bath (spa), Japanese restaurant etc. None of these are open. There may be a beautiful view on the Han but my view was of the apartments across the parking lot.. Rooms are clean and comfortable but need renovation. The restaurant is expensive and the 20% tax is a little surprise at the end....

-Very old hotel. -Far from subway stations (though you can walk about 20-30 mins). -Near Itaewon which have many restaurants. -I couldn't sleep due to the weather in Summer and can't adjust a/c temperature. -No new bottles of water. (I'm not sure the housekeeper forgot or whatever) -Wifi signal is so weak. I have to use my rental pocket wifi...

When I first arrived, the room was a little warm. We called the front desk and someone came up to turn on the a/c. He said it would take 10 minutes to cool the room down, but this was a lie. By the 2nd day, we had to complain to the front desk about the heat again. Someone came up...

I love the hotel, the room is comfortable, but the aircon system is the old-fashioned system. Food during breakfast buffet can be improved further with more choices. The location of the hotel is not near any subway, so if you are lugging big baggages you will definitely need a cab.
