warm hostel and friendly host. Room is a bit jam-packed, good if you're with friends. Better if there are more toilets/showers. Walking distance from establishments and train station.Overall, had a good stay here.

The facilities are clean, and well taken care of which is lovely considering the cheap price. The neighborhood is full of life and good restaurants and cafés, and it's near a good subway station. Having no curfew give you more freedom. Would recommend this hostel to anyone who's looking for somewhere cheap yet chill place to stay!

We booked 3 beds in a shared-room for 8 people on the 1st floor, and that was so nice! Yun, the owner of this hostel welcomed us with open arms and showed things inside the house, dos and don'ts, then introduced us to some people there. The room is cute, even itself is not so big, I still felt comfortable....

I really enjoyed staying here! The folks who work at Whitetail are very sweet and went out of their way to help my friend and me out! They provided maps, tips, directions, and recommendations, and we even shared dinner one night! They were the best part of the hostel. Pros: -It's located in the Hongdae district (exit 3 of the...

I have stayed at Whitetail 3 times now and it gets better everytime. The owners are very welcoming and warm and develop friendships with their guests instead of just customer-supplier relationships like other hostels. After a long day of travelling and seeing the sights, it is always nice to come "home" and relax with the owners and other guests as...

I have stayed at a lot of hostels, and I can say this is one of the absolute best ones, if not the best of them all. Everything is here, even the small stuff many hostel owners forget, like extension chords in the dorms, so you can charge the phone while you sleep and still keep it close, even if...

My first time to Seoul, South Korea and even to Asia was made wonderful due to Jin and Jun who own the hostel. It was very clean and inexpensive. They provided breakfast and tea, advice and directions for what to see and do, took me to a Korean BBQ, and offer chargers, etc. to rent while you stay there. This...

I traveled with a group of friends and spent a while trying to find the hostel, but after searching the area - we finally found a SMALL sign on the gate indicating it was our hostel. The hostel itself was very well maintained and the perfect place to relax after touring the area. The location is perfect for those who...

“Every room is great and will give you exactly what you need and more -- heating during winter, aircon during summer, a bathroom just a few steps away, and outlets for all your gadgets. I recommend the 8 or 6 bed mixed dorm for people travelling solo, it's a great way to meet other people from around the world.”
