It is at Namsan mountain in Seoul, Korea and has great view of Seoul city. This hotel has an ice link famous to couples and families. Spa is also good for relax. Room is little bit smaller than other hotels, but cozy and clean. I would like to recommend this hotel for families, couples, and visitors for business near downtwon...

Stayed three nights for business this hotel has fantastic views over the city, what made it more pleasant was that it started snowing. They have an impressive entrance and relaxation area, in the evenings the live band performs very well which is a relaxing pleasure. Out the back is an ice rink and a accommodating-gym area. The rooms are very...

What use to be one of the better hotels in Asia has changed to a soulless shell of a hotel. The new GM has changed the physical structure of the hotel and it is much more commercial property versus a welcoming destination. Sometimes "progress" comes at a cost. Good news is the many other great hotels in the area. isn't...

Great Lobby. Very small rooms with ridiculous tiny bathroom. Very low ceiling in bathroom with bathtub with shower curtains. Restaurant with very expensive buffet $100 per person. A glass of Sprite is $10.

I have stayed in Hyatt hotels all over Asia and was impressed with the look of the hotel when I arrived late in the evening for the airport. The check in staff were efficient and friendly and the lobby was very nice. Unfortunately for the price the room was a little smaller than I expected.

Location was great, very close to Itaewon (walking distance). Room was amazing with a great view of the river and the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the price was too high compared to other great hotels in Seoul.

Nice business hotel in Seoul - clean and spacious bedrooms with nice views over the city. Service was very good and friendly. Breakfast is excellent with choice of western, Korean and wider Asian foods. Room service choice limited but does the job. I will stay there again on my next visit.

This hotel has a great advantage of location in Seoul. I like this hotel because of this. But, I don't understand why they don't try to reach perfection and beyond. There are several areas and services that they can improve and provide better ones for customers. I have used SPA, Room, Restaurant, Parking Lot, Consurge and so on. Watching is...

We stayed for 5 nights during Chuseok. Many shops and attractions were closed but the concierge cleverly directed us to various places that we could visit. She even called ahead to make sure that they were open. The hotel was set amidst large grounds on Namsan Mountain with great views from our room. There are plenty of restaurants in nearby...

Staying in Itaewon

Neighbourhood Profile
Neighboring the immense Yongsan American Garrison, Itaewon was once shunned by locals as a seedy, red light district. But within the past few years, Itaewon and its surrounding neighborhoods such as Kyunglidan and Haebangchong have undergone a major revival to quickly become one of Seoul’s hottest areas. Here, trendy international restaurants dot the area alongside hip lounge bars and some of Seoul’s hottest club venues. After dark, Itaewon comes into its own as one of Seoul’s top party scenes. The crowd is a fascinating patchwork of all backgrounds and identities, including a small but thriving Muslim community (centered on Korea’s sole mosque), the LGBT community (with a string of popular bars and clubs), and a wide range of ethnicities and cultures scattered around. Those seeking a quiet respite should head towards the eastern end, in Hannam-dong, which not only has one of Korea’s best art museums, the Leeum Samsung Museum of Art, but plenty of mid-range to upscale restaurants and cafes.
