The staff and the facilities at the Armazi Palace were exceptional. Staff was very helpful to foriegners. Large balconies available and clean rooms. The location is near a metro stop and cafes and restaurants nearby.

Very clean, very sweet staff who were all very kind. I would stay there again! Every morning they had a wonderful Georgian breakfast that consisted of some kind of khatchapuri. It's a spits distance from an Armenian Orthodox church and the metro. You only have to go a short distance to get to places like Rustavelli and Liberty Square.

I stayed already for the second time in this lovely hotel in Tbilisi. Each time I have been accomodated in a comfortable large room with a balcony and free wifi. The room is clean and the included breakfast is of good quality. The hotel is located very close to Avlabri metro station and on walking distantie of main attractions such... More

We stayed in a room on the fourth floor, with a nice large balcony offering views over the neighbourhood. The room was very spacious, which was lovely as we were able to spread out and repack our bags. It was also nice and quiet, tucked away on a side street away from the busy traffic. So we slept very well!... More

The hotel is clean, has modern rooms with comfortable beds and impeccably clean bathrooms. Also the location is convenient for most of the attractions of Tbilisi: near the metro station, walking distance to the cathedral and the presidential palace, short stroll to the river. Having said that, there were also shortcomings of the location: the neighbourhood is somewhat noisy and... More

We enjoyed our stay at Armazi Palace. The room was huge and had a good bathroom, both of which were very clean. The location is pretty good, a short metro ride into the centre of Tbilisi. Breakfast was adequate, not amazing, but passable. The hotel seems very organised, they gave us a call (in the UK) 24 hours beforehand to... More

The staff were really friendly, hospitable and helpful. The location was great with access to public transport and a few minutes walk to good cafes and restaurants. Despite the fact that the rooms and breakfast were basic,we had great time there and will go there again. The only drawback was not having elevator which was ok for us but not sure for... More

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews here and was not happy with the choice. We had a late check-in which we said in advance and they were indeed waiting for us but it felt like we were interrupting when we came and it took some time to open the hotel. The location was not very good and... More

The staff are very helpful and the metro is only a few minutes walk. The breakfast was basic but enough to satisfy (although a lot of meat products were included.) It is quite close to the impressive new Church and I like the older buildings in the surrounding area.
