We tried Ocean Delight menu. Variety of fresh seafood and freshly grilled beef and sea bass. Also available salmon sashimi. Food Quality = Great Value for money = Great Hospitality = Great Augusta are Zarni are so kind and helpful for customers.

Good business hotel with very supportive and always smiling staffs. From front office to restaurant, Time Out bar to housekeeping, Novotel Yangon always makes me happy for their amazing quality of people. I love to stay here because of them.

I was appalled after I checked in at this hotel. I thought it would be a normal 3 to 4 star but their standards and services are beyond my expectations. All staff members, particularly Christin, Rocky, Sandy and many others, are so friendly, polite, humble and accommodating even though their English are not so proficient. The bed is great, air conditioner works properly, bathroom amenities are provided and towels are fluffy. Only one small drawback is the shower water temperature was very difficult and so slow to be adjusted. Other than that I loveeeee it. Great stay and excellent value for money paid.

I visit so many hotel in Yangon,but this one Novotel Max will be my Favorite hotel because their service are Excellent and Amazing.Eveytime I enter to lobby they say Mingalarbar with Swee smile.I very appreciate about that l.The pool are very wide and clean.Breakfast also have so many item so I confused, I should I eat first.After checking out from Novotel the girl who call Christin ask me about my experience of stay and she server the Jeanine Tea, the taste was very fresh.Thank you reception team Rockk,Christin and Thet Hte 😇😇

Everything was perfect. Great location. Beautiful hotel with lovely view. The Hotel had everything we needed for comfort. The service was amazing. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel reception staff is very friendly and amazing. Especially Forever, Shoon and Phoo Phoo.
