I got a superior room for 60/65us, large double bed very nice room and balcony. Wifi barely usable. Staff is ok but not that cheerful. It was my second time there but next time I'll try to find a better value place.

This is a no frills hotel, but is is really affordable and in a great location in Downtown. The rooms are really clean, and if you are lucky you will get a high floor with a balcony and basic view. The breakfast is basic but fine, the staff are friendly and helpful. For a basic hotel and a good price,...

It is a modern hotel with friendly staff. It is located centrally. almost downtown. There are many places to walk to and visit very conveniently. Taxis are cheap and the nearby convenience store has fairly good selections.

Slightly tired rooms but very clean and reasonable for the price. Good sized bed, air con etc. Staff were helpful - giving directions, looking after bags, arranging an early taxi to the airport... Close to the main sites of downtown Yangon (colonial buildings, the park, markets and china town etc) and an easy walk to many cars and restaurants. Slightly...

It is a perfect place to stay in Yangon because of everything: from clean rooms till tasty breakfast with traditional dishes and delicious Birmanian pastry. The hotel is very close to all the sightseeings so you don't need take a taxi and even if you want you can get in on the reception.

The hotel is quite old, but clean. The rooms are spacious with mini fridge and kettle. Hairdryer was availability too. Reliable laundry service. Only walking distance to many sights. Next to the hotel is good restaurant, just across the street and a massage, where traditional Thai massage ia done. Worth a visit after a long day exploring the city.

Staff at reception were great. The building is old and run down. Carpet disgusting. Patched up things all through the room. It was large, tea and coffee and hot water, flat screen TV. Just expect everything to be old and patched up. Breakfast terrible. Barking dogs all night.

This is one of those hotels where you must bear in mind what you have paid and what you get for your money. Using that yardstick you could almost give it a 5 rating but the breakfast, lack of a safe and poor wifi let it down a little. The checkin was fine and we were let in to our...
