We wanted a cheap place to stay for 3 nights in Yangon. This place is good for 1 night or 2 nights max. Granted, the water festival creates issues with being able to sightsee with a professional camera. So we were in the room more of the time than usual. But it's just an OK hotel. Nothing fancy or somewhere...

Not clean, staff has difficulty understanding and speaking English, did not dare try the breakfast, marginal location on a busy street, not very many food choices nearby. What else can I say but there must be better options in town for the money.

Pros: The rooms were relatively clean Pretty near junction square shopping center Cons: Too expensive for such a bad place. We paid about 63 sgd for 2 pax. 40sgd would have been a more suitable price. Noisy at night, karaoke bar nearby/in the building blaring music and dogs barking at night Lobby area, dining area and stairs are very worn...

We recently had to put our 19 American friends in a hotel here in Yangon. The hotel easily accommodated all of our friends. The location is great and the price was great for Yangon. The appearance of the hotel on the outside is worse than on the inside. My friends just came from Thailand and Cambodia and they said this...

Yes, this hotel is a joke. only the front of the hotel have been renew, if you look on the side, you can see the old style from the 50's with dust on it. The entrance is on the side of the hotel behind a kind of zinc or steel house, like a shanty house. Strange that an hotel accept...

Having stayed at many budget hotels throughout SE Asia this one ranks at the bottom end of the scale. From the outside entrance it appears that you are entering a very old local apartment building. Staff spoke very minimal English and was not the most welcoming. Ended up with a room on the 10th floor that appeared to have been...

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is near to Down town and China town. Taxi is quite easily available. But taxi have no meters so it is safer to check the price to your destination before catching one. Good points is that you may request for early check in and laundry is fast and cheap. The wifi...

I rent a room at the 10th floor of the MGM hotel from 20 June to 1 July 2015. What I most appreciated was the friendly behaviour of the staff -at the reception, in the restaurant, the room cleaning. Because I had to visit a lot of addressen in Yangon, the location was important. From MGM I was close to...

It is not nothing specific good or bad. But it is on the quiet road and on the downtown. Near to Bogyoke market and so on. Not many people in the hotel and it is relatively quiet. The room are ac with cable TV. Internet is usable with Burmese standard.
