Place is not well kept or maintained. Bed linens and towels were stained, burnt and torn. Breakfast was okay. If you are looking for a 2-star or a backpacker-type hotel, it is perfectly fine, but for a hotel classified as a 3 star, it is not. I’ve stayed in three different 3 star hotels in Yangon and they were all much better than this one, but to be fair, this was also the cheapest one of them all, so you’ll certainly get what you pay for.

Overall I will Rank 8 out of 10, because of following things 1. Their helpful mind and every time I asked or request something they tried their best to solve it. 2. Lobby is really very good place to meeting with Clients and Friends and also friendly and Official environment. 3. Breakfast is really nice and my wife loved their Tea, specially Myanmar Milk team, myself their fried rice. 4. Nearby all the attraction are very close distance and easy walking. 5. Overall I will definitely come if I have a chance to visit Myanmar again. Coins : 1. Internet Speed in Room sometimes not so good. 2. Please add some More fruits in Breakfast-its a suggestion.

Hi, I stayed there 2 nights in August 2018, and first the service supply by the staff is very good, besides they are so friendly. The room was clean, tidy and confortable. The hotel is located downtown, in a busy part of the city, but you can here any noise once your inside the hotel, which is very good. I totally recommand that place.

Several restuarants in side the hotel were also nice, food was listed western but served like in the regular community. So chicken was 15$ but 3 wings is what came. Lovely pool. Good area and felt safe.

Dear Jstinger, I think you have written a wrong review of a different hotel as we do not have a pool in our hotel and we definitely do not have a chicken dish at USD 15. All our food items are listen in Myanmar Kyats. We just wanted to clarify. Thank you

I stayed here in June. It is in the heart of Yangon. The owner is very welcoming! She is so nice and no wonder the staff members are so nice, too. Not all of the employees can speak English fluently but they always try their best to give the best service. I also love the fact that they offer free drinks and snacks at the lobby. These are free for everyone even to those who are just making an inquiry. Their breakfast buffet is also good. They have a good variety of food. And the best part that I like about it is the fact that the unconsumed food are being given to charities. Excellent atmosphere as well!
