From the moment we arrived at Nasama and found out we had been upgraded to a deluxe Oceanfront suite, our stay was an absolute pleasure. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, who are all absolutely delightful. The facilities include everything you need (great pool, nice private beach) and the restaurant is well worth checking out. The chefs there...

We flew to Port Vila for the first time in September 2016. We had chosen Nasama Resort as the photos and reviews were tempting and booked a Beachview Studio Apartment for five nights. The resort is located on Pango Road, about ten minutes from the centre of Port Vila. It is set on the edge of the entrance to Erakor...

Great studio room in a smaller resort. Supermarket only 5 mins away by bus to get supplies. The cafe was reasonably priced for meals and the short bus trip into town for dinners was only $2. Good snorkeling off the reef behind the beach.

We were recommended this place by an agent since we were seeking a self-catering option. It was recently restored/renovated after the cyclone. The 2 bedroom apartment was a good size and had everything we required including washing machine and dryer. It came with a great view over the pool and beyond. Although we mostly self-catered there is a good restaurant...

We spent a week at this resort. It surpassed our expectations. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. The girls and Lance at the front desk were very helpful with any of our requests and tour bookings.

Mum and I stayed in a two bedroom Seaview room on the ground floor. The room was much larger than we were expecting, and was very pleasant to stay in, with two bathrooms and full kitchen facilities. It markets itself as a resort, but it isnt really, so if you are after a resort with typical resort facilities, stay elsewhere....

Dear Junebaby12, We are sorry that you were bothered by the local church the week you stayed with us. They usually sing only on Sundays but this particular week they were rehearsing for a special Sunday service as well as for a forthcoming wedding. In fact, several of our guests have attended their service. We market our property as a...

We have visited Vanuatu 6 times now and stayed at different resorts each time and this is probably the best resort we have stayed at. The accommodation was excellent, the staff more than helpful and as always the Vanuatu people are friendly and have a ready smile. The restaurant is excellent, prices are better that in Port Vila so worth...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Opened in April 2012, Nasama Resort is a serviced apartment complex that offers deluxe self-contained beachfront accommodation. Its location oceanfront in the southwest corner of Efate Island puts it in the path of cooling trade winds in the summer months. Just 10 minutes from Port Vila town centre, it is on Pango Road which is a tar sealed road with easy access to public transport. Every apartment is decorated with style and has its own veranda for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and panoramic ocean views. It offers the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, fan, TV/iPod dock and free wireless internet. Select from 3 types of apartments: studio apartments sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child; deluxe-on-the-water one bedroom apartments sleep up to 2 adults and one child; and spacious two bedroom apartments sleep up to six people. On the grounds of the resort is a beautiful infinity pool and children’s pool leading to a sandy beach with a natural rock pool in the ocean for safe swimming. Covered barbecue facilities offer an alternative to in-room dining. Guests can have fun in our complimentary kayaks, swimming, snorkeling or simply relaxing and soaking up the sun by the pool or on the beach. Reception can also advise and book guests on any of the 40 tours and activities offered in Vanuatu. Surfers will be pleased to know that there is surfing just 5 minutes up the road at Breakas beach. For those in need of pampering, we offer soothing massages to the sound of waves at our beach massage fare. Nasama Resort's own restaurant, Cafe Vila & Bar, was recently opened in December 2014 and is already acquiring a reputation for its wonderful ambiance and delicious meals. It is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with brunch on offer till 3:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
