My wife and I arrived in the morning from a liveaboard dive boat, staying 5 nights. Manager refused to permit us to have breakfast without paying, even though we would not be able to stay for breakfast on last day because of 5a.m. flight. We therefore went to restaurants in town every night, trying not to spend $ at the...

We stayed in a top floor Ocean Front room next to the Spa for one night before we got on the dive liveaboard Siren and then one night in a Overwater Bungalow after we got off the boat and before we went on to Truk for another live aboard, the Truk Odyssey. The resort itself is of course very beautiful...

I had a great room on the top floor of a bungalow overlooking the fish pond. The view from the deck, while not of the ocean, was peaceful and serene, and it was VERY quiet at the end of the complex (9) which was important to me. Enjoyed both restaurants and the outdoor bar, as the staff were really nice....

We got upgraded to Suite from Ocean view and it was just AMAZING. Very spacious, clean and luxurious. It was a bit far from everything (lobby, restaurant, swimming pool) but it was very quiet. I'll absolutely revisit there.

We visited here with our 2 and 4 year old for a Christmas vacation. We were upgraded on arrival to an ocean view room and it was amazing, just steps to the pool and beach. This was a nice touch after we almost had to cancel our trip last minute due to passport issues (passport must be valid 6months after...

This was my first trip to Palau and I did quite a bit of research on hotels. The reviews were correct in saying that this is not a 5 star resort. The rooms are a little dated, but the property is the only one with a beach, and a beautiful private one at that. For travelers like us who wanted...

The fantastic location, beautiful grounds and commitment to excellent service make the Palau Pacific Resort truly a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. The on-site dive shop is competent and can take divers to world-class dive sites; the reception is very helpful with booking tours or guides and giving recommendations; the food is very good, the beach is white, and...

Great breakfast buffet. Slightly pricey dinner and bar options. Nice rooms. Excellent laundry service. Convenient morning boat pickups to Sam's etc. for activities and avoiding the silly car traffic on the roads. But very relaxing, great place to start your trip and figure out the lay of the land.

Maria at the pool bar made us feel like family! She made wonderful dinner suggestions and delicious cocktails; we felt warm and welcome. Couldn't find a better backdrop to enjoy a tasty breakfast. If you decide to dive, snorkel or kayak Sam's will pick you up from the dock which was very convenient. We highly recommend this Resort specifically and...

“The Overwater Bungalows are perfection. If you stay in one of the other rooms I would suggest one on the Spa side. It is quieter.”
