The room is fairly clean and owner has provided with all guest with one bottle of Palau Spring Water and the hallway also have a free filtered water cooler. There is satellite TV with hundred of channels, but the TV is pretty small. One of the perks of this hotel is FREE internet in the lobby, which is rare and... More

Superb and friendly staff (receptionist/housekeepers). Management (owners) who happen to be young taiwanese men lack customer service, never smile at guest and seem unprofessional! Hotel itself needs a makeover big time! Everything is outdated! I only commend the excellent front desk and housekeepers...

Palau hotel is right up in the center of Koror and opposite the biggest departmental store,WCTC. It is also on the main road and easy to access from airport. Shops and restaurants are just on your door step. However, hotel itself is nothing much to jump about as it looks little bit old. The rooms are big and enough space... More

This is a standard hotel with excellent location near eateries, post office, ATM/bank and department stores. Rooms are nothing special but filipino staff really nice and helpful. WiFi crappy and only works in lobby

I spent a night in this hotel after arriving Palua at 1AM. After a long immigration procedure at the airport we could check in at around 3AM and then picked up by Antelope at 8.30AM for our Super Rock Island Tour so we just technically slept a few hours there before moving to PPR that evening. Despite the run-down look... More

Very clean and friendly hotel in the center of Koror. Great Staff. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, with working A/C, TV, mini fridge and good hot water. Shopping, Services, Restaurants and coffee shop all within a block or two. In room internet access was spotty due to Palau service provider problems in July 2014. Access through purchased airtime... Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during my diving trip to Palau. Decoration of the twin bed room is basic but clean. TV is small and old but I'm not a TV person so dont really care of it. Refrigerator is small but really cold. Bed is hard but we are always tired after diving so no big deal.... More

Stayed here with paddling team for a competition and it was fine. Not luxurious but great location, near stores, restaurants and shopping. The aircon is cold, the small fridges work well & the staff's really nice. Super small tv's but you're not there to stay in the room. The beds are rock hard, seriously rock hard but if you're touring... More

I had to move out of this hotel after my first night. The bed was super hard. The pillows were hard and looked like they had used stuffing inside them. The pillowcase was clean, but the actual fabric of the pillow was stained. The sheets had holes in them that were patched up. There were tiny ants/bugs in the room... More

The hotel is located at the city center, easy to access many restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel price is very reasonable. Hotel is rather old but clean enought for budget travelers. Staffs are very helpful. They help us find good restaurants and call for bookings. Wifi is annoying problem as it is not stable and very slow. However, we found out... More
