I was a bit bit worried because of some bad reviews about staff helpfulness. I had no problems. The staff was friendly. The bathroom felt as if it could do with an extra scrub but it was acceptable for a shared shower. I had an air-conditioned room for US$30. The wifi was fast, the a/c cool and there were a...

I read some good reviews about this place so I decided to stay here for three nights. The girl working on arrival day wasn't friendly at all. When my brother and I asked for a second key of the room because we both wanted to go somewhere else in the night she told me i had to ask a couple...

The front desk girl knows nothing about being a nice person to the guests. She didnt change our money and always answer the questions with a big NO. Also, she doesnt give us simply informations about the neighborhood. Expansive place of what they offers to.

The place was spotless, well though out and had everything you could want in a hostel. Having traveled through Guyana, this was the first hostel I'd seen for a while and was instantly made to feel welcome and looked after. The girls working there were great, the cat was friendly, even the late night security guard and I had a...

Enjoy the sound of tropical birds on the courtyard wall, attracted by the neighbouring stream, in a place that offers clean and basic rooms. Basic, but with all the necessary luxuries for the modern traveller. You can also order breakfast in the lobby. It has just been renovated (we were there in October 2015) so all the paint and furniture...

As a budget traveller, my priority is maximising my limited cash to cover as much sightseeing as possible, so staying at a fancy hotel isn't my aim since I just need a safe place to sleep at night and essentially stash my belongings. Twenty4 is that place. It's a small hostel, located on a quiet street within walking distance of...

I stayed at the hostel for two nights in total after leaving a grubby hotel up the road and couldn't have been happier. The hotel has English speaking staff, a great balcony area and the rooms are clean, though simple. I particularly liked the quality beds that the room have because the hotel I was in prior to this had...

Twenty Four is a nice (looking) hostel with friendly and helpful staff. they have a nice veranda were you can chill (or have breakfast) and a hammock. it really looks like a backpackers place and it got that vibe as well. The rooms are decent, nothing fancy. first I stayed in a room without airco and had to share the...

Good, clean and well run hostel. Good location, right near the tourist area. Has coffee available in the morning. Only a few rooms so book ahead if you can. Lots of tour info available. English speaking staff (like most of the country)
