The room don’t have AC even on TripAdvisor they said I have a AC in the room the breakfast was very bad there’s nothing to offer specially for Colombia hotel do you a favor if you want cut for your piece of tomato The reception is on the third floor every time you want to come in and out do you have to buzz you in the sky annoying
Clean, contemporary, comfortable with friendly staff from reception to room service. A self serve breakfast was included, served on a bar in a dining room across from the reception desk (on Level 3). While nothing remarkable, the service is quite good and you can special order eggs and the staff will do their best to accommodate. Bed was comfortable with two types of pillow: firm and soft. Shower delivered hot water instantly but the shower control was finicky - and icy water might flow with a tap in the the wrong direction. Lavatory was on the small side but adequate. Room had all amenities, including Direct-TV, free wifi, safe, mini-bar, snacks, toilet kit, and on request an iron/ironing board. We never waited too long for an elevator. Of the various hotels in this chain that we’ve stayed at this one has the least character.…
Very nice hotel, clean, perfect internet conection, only bad part, there is no room service(highly needed) , situated close by Fundacion Santa Fe de Bogota (for medical needs) and Hacienda Santa Barbara (for shopping)
Here for Rotary interaction with the local chapter in Bogota. The accommodation and room size is like all other rooms around the world. The staff has been very accommodating to a non Spanish speaking person. A boutique hotel, so it has no room service, a continental breakfast and “fast food” bar area the rest of the day. Would come again but house keeping is using a very sweet smell in the halls and lobby that has bothered this asthmatic
The hotel was as average as it could get. The only good thing was the service and the people at the reception. The room was awfull, when we got there the bathroom floor was wet, it has a lot of humidity in the walls and did not seem clean.
The hotel is on a very good location on Usaquen near major companies, and around very popular places like restaurants and malls. The hotel per se is, like its name says, a butique, good small rooms, great showers, confy beds. Breakfast is tasty but very limited and small. Nothing fancy but good for value.
Good hotel for those who are in a business trip in Bogotá. 4 - management. 4 - cleaning 4 - Wifi - Great wifi 3 - Breakfast - Functional and fast. Great fresh fruits. 4 - Price - Great price in on of the best commercial center of Bogotá. 2- Noise - due to the local 2 - Air conditioning - As a frequent traveler, this is was my first trip to an hotel which do not offer air conditioning. Not a big problem because of Bogotá's weather is always the same.
The bh Usaquén is a small hotel located on a very noisy road, which is at Carrera 7 in Bogotá. The anti-noise windows aren't strong enough to avoid it. On our business trip, my husband and I were surprised that the front desk is located on the third floor. On the first floor there is only a small entrance area, and the elevators, (maybe for security reasons, but I'm not sure). The hotel has a very cold decor - for my taste. The staff is friendly, but inefficient to attend some incidents: the shower wetting part of the bathroom, not having toilet paper refill, not fixing the room in the morning as stated but had to call In the afternoon for them to do so. The breakfast, without being gourmet, was nice and the dining room located on the 9th floor has a nice view. Our room was fine, TV set, pillows and mattress fine, good size bathroom. Ah! and after a hard day's work we asked for a couple for beers and they only had ONE at the hotel!…
Hotel is modern, people is nice, but at the time I arrived (about 3 pm) there was a very hard light sun at the window, I needed to work at the room desk but it was not possible because it was to hot inside. There was no air conditioning to refresh the ambient. There is no restaurant at the hotel, and the gym room is miss any musculation equipment. I prefer to try another hotel next time.
English speaking staff and very friendly staff , helping to find as per your requirement. As nearly you can bale to enjoy Indian vegetarian food in Hotel Taj mahal by walking distances and also lot of good restaurant .
