What an amazing hotel! I needed a spot close to the airport as I was catching a morning flight. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was much appreciated as I was exhausted checking in at 1am. Walking into my room, I was blown away! My room was so nice, and extremely clean. It had tons of storage space, a very spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. It even had a really nice hair dryer which was a nice feature! Check-out in the morning was also fast and simple. Breakfast started at 6am, allowing me plenty of time to eat before I had to leave for my flight. The breakfast was AMAZING with SO many options! The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes for 24 hours - talk about convenience! Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Hotel Habitel! There were 3 reasons why we chose this hotel: proximity to the city and airport, the ability to get clothes laundered, and the spa service. The latter 2 were poor misses. We are on our honeymoon and took a month off. We brought clothes enough to last us a week at a time and this was the only hotel that was unable to handle our clothes timely/organized. The hotel states that clothes picked up or dropped off before 9a gets serviced and returned by 7p the same day, which didn't happen. We ended up getting half of our clothes after complaining and the other half the next day. Secondly, the spa service might as well be nonexistent. This is the reason we're rating the staff and facilities so low. I'll start with the facility itself. The sauna and jacuzzi were non-functioning. Four times we went down during different times on different days to see if they were operational and were disappointed each time. We tried to make reservations at the front desk twice but both times were told to dial 9 from our room to get the reservation made. The 1st time we called they said that the lady wasn't in and to call later. That's why we went a 2nd time to get help. The second time we called we got help or at least we thought we did because we wanted the absolute earliest appointment since at that time our flight was leaving at 3pm so we wanted to leave the hotel at 12:00, which is checkout time. The spa menu which you can scan inside the spa facility says that spa hours are 9:00-20:00 M-Sa and 9:00-19:00 Su plus holidays. So obviously we wanted the 9a appointment. On the 2nd call they asked which service we wanted and we provided it to them, the Ritual Renovation for 2. They said ok. They called us back to tell us that it couldn't occur simultaneously as only one lady services which is fine. Next day, after waiting at 9am, we went to concierge and said she wasn't in until 12. They lost our reservation time due to poor communication. They also didn't note which service we wanted and ended up overpaying. Since the spa isn't managed in-house, I didn't feel it was fair to cut the masseuse's pay for a mistake the hotel made. Furthermore, there was no place to hang multiple towels after use to reuse them. They have a laminated card which instructs what to do with towels you wish to reuse but no place to hang them per the card. The price this hotel is charging does not justify the lack of faculty training. Lastly, light comes through the bathroom window, alarm not required!…
I have to confess this time it was a very disappointing experience, specially when it comes to grading the service. At the front desk, the staff was quite unfriendly and not willing to help. They even said the hotel was completely booked, when I requested an early checkin, which I know it’s not something they have to do, which I know it wasn’t true (I called to ask if they had availability). Even though I had previously checked in, when I came back from an event, very late at night, they once again started the whole process, which took another 10 to 15 minutes. Their attitude was not rough, but very far from being acceptable or even friendly. It was exactly the same a few hours before. In both occasions they were not client oriented. . The service at the restaurant was also not the best and the waiters weren’t service oriented either, forgetting to bring beverages the first day and even saying they couldn’t offer hot chocolate without milk, which is the first time it has happened at hotels this category. Really close to the airport, without traffic 5 min ride. free shuttle. every 30 min, so you do have to plan. rooms are good. Checked out before breakfast time and got a breakfast bag. service from staff was good
Very good transfer from and to the airport. It is just a hotel for one night, because you don’t have a view. It says view to the city, but there is no view. We choose the hotel because it is close to the airport. Check inn takes a lot of time, because it is very busy in the hotel.

This review is for the "Prime" hotel which is next door. Perfect location for short airport layover. Friendly staff collected us at 2am in the shuttle bus, guy on reception was lovely and made us feel super welcome. Rooms are great, beds are comfy, great linen, fluffy pillows and exactly what you need after an 18 hour journey. Shower was really powerful and hot, only thing missing from the room is tea and coffee making facilities which would have given them the 5th star. Will most like book for the night before our return flight home.
Almost everione in this hotel tey to make you feel they are doing you a favor and forget about is you hot a a guest they accouse my friend of having fake papers only becouse the guy in reception read wrong her date of birth
very close to the airport, but 90% of the staff did not speak english and the queue at reception took a minimum of 40 mins to get through. room service was tasty. hotel cab drivers were very helpful. service overall was average
The Hapitel exceeded my expectations. I had only a 14 hr layover so it was important to be close to the airport. The room was excellent and staff so helpful and friendly. Would have expected a much higher price for the quality.
