The staff was great and very helpful. Plenty of food options in the plaza. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Buffet breakfast has a lot to choose from. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got an upgraded room due to availability.

We look for a hotel near the airport to sleep a few hours and then continue with another flight. Juan and Maria, who were night auditors, treated us very well, we checked in very quickly, the rooms are very comfortable and have a nice view, the breakfast was very good, my children really liked getting to know Bogota for a few hours.

3 hotels, all connected, restaurants, small Casino... safe, ample on-site parking.. I think? There's a pool too.... the best mall in town is a few short blocks down. Got the presidential suite for about 170..AWESOME BY THE WAY... Money exchange both ways in site as well

Good service, good breakfast, reliable shuttle service to the airport, big rooms, with great amenities. Breakfast room could be packed at times, but there were always seats available. Check-in and check-out straight forward, with reliable shuttle service to the airport.

We stayed here because he had an early flight the next morning. Check in and out was easy, hotel was super clean and comfortable. They have a lot of options for dining. They have airport shuttles every 30 minutes.

Cheap , dated, smelly and noisy. Lack of adequate soundproofing. Seems like your sleeping in the hallway. Heating and cooling system needs a profesional to make it work. A hotel to avoid since there are many better and similarly priced options in the area

Well located hotel with several restaurant selections in the same complex. Staff were the key element of this hotel. They were always available and friendly. Three elevators made sure you did not have to wait long for one to arrive. Great rooms and worth the visit.
