Traveled to Bogotá for Buisness and spoke little Spanish. The staff where friendly and accommodating and mad my time in Bogotá very easy. Jorge and Julie where especially very helpful. The rooms and facilities are also very clean and beautiful .
We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec and got 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were really very spacious and huge! Each room had a balcony which was nice. There is a small exercise room on the 6th floor if needed. They have buffet breakfast but we didn't use it as there are so many choices around the hotel within walking distance. We were there on Christmas when everything closes in Bogota, and the front desk was helpful in letting us know where we could order food from, because the hotel restaurant was closed. There is a small market across the street and a coffee shop right next door to the hotel and many options for breakfast and lunch/dinner within a few minutes of walking. The rooms had a small fridge and one room even had a mini kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small stove. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to anyone. This is located in the Zona G area of Bogota.…
A very nice hotel located in the heart of the Plaza with multiple restaurants and shopping all around it. The rooms are clean and very functional and service is pretty good. Food is generally very good, but one is spolit for choices outside of the hotel and in walking distance
I enjoyed the large comfortable bed, great shower, and the amazing view from the balcony. This hotel offers a nice blend of homey and business ambience. The downside is the poor quality ingredients, and limited selections of the breakfast. Cheap cereals and breads, mediocre local dish. But the place is a short distance from so many great restaurants. Some of the front desk staff can give the impression of being a little racist. But the majority of the staff are very friendly, especially the housekeeping team. Overall it was a nice stay!
This hotel is especially good for your events. They have exceptional audiovisual services, with modern equipment and extraordinary professionals. The food is very good, too; they cater mostly to business events, since it is located in the heart of the financial sector of Bogota. Go Rosales Plaza!
I feel home at the Rosales Plaza - the team there is really nice and helps me with everything that I need. I do recoment this hotel... besides it's in a great location surrounded by great restaurants and a really nice neighborhood.
I had the best experience there. The staff was super nice to me and I could see they were trying to do what was possible for my needs. They have a really good breakfast, always with Colombian options so we can taste it, welcome drinks and oh my God, the best bed ever in the room. I had the most comfortable nights there. The room is very good, bathroom as well, very good amenities. I definitely have no complaints and hopefully will be back very soon.
This was my third visit and this is my preferred location in Bogotá. The service is warm, inviting and the staff incredibly accommodating. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are large and well equipped. The hotel is clean, quiet and well located. The reception staff make you feel welcome and greet you by name irrespective of whether it is first or tenth visit. Loved it.
Very nice attendants. The room was large and clean. The bed perfect and the shower fantastic. But the best was the breakfast. One of the few hotels I've been, with a centrifugal juicer which I could use to make my own green juice with vegetables and fruits.
During a trip you'll every time have some inconveniences. A super early flight, a need for a quick shower, an adaptor for your international plug. During my stay at the hotel they solved everything that I need. Excellent service, very clean and well equipoed rooms. I will be definetely back in my next trip.
