Great hotel, did not try the spa facilities as they closed at 9pm. Food on site was excellent. Staff friendly and most bi-lingual. The rooms do have sound proofing but I would suggest trying to get a high floor. Easy parking - overall would recommend

breakfast and service was really poor. The quality given the fact that is a 5 star hotel is really below average. There should be complementary water since the water coming out of the faucet is yellow.

This hotel is located in a nice area in Bogota. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing and helpful. We had a nice view of the city and the mountains, which we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a lot of variety; everything we ate from the restaurant was really good. There is a nice pharmacy nearby and a supermarket just around the block on the back side of the hotel, all within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

If you have to choose an hotel, give this one a try. I have to say that rooms are good, not fancy but they get the job done. Spacious, clean and neatly arranged. But the breakfast, WOW, superior to other hotels I’ve stayed. If you like fruits, they got them all, friendly and bilingual staff. Although juice selection is a bit limited.

I love this place and will stay here all the time, very nice room for a good price and great breakfast. The TV was great and also the security was excellent, if you did not stay in the hotel you did not get in so it was nice to sleep peaceful at nite

Overall it's a good hotel for business person. To get transportation is very easy and the hotel staffs are good behaviour. The break fast also good. In side rooms also very clean and the bath room towels every day changing. So overall its a good hotel to stay.

The Clarion hotel was a good value. The room was spacious , clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel taxi service is very expensive I invite you to use the yellow cabs. Good Value to far from Downtown Bogota for me. There is a 200 word minimum so I'm just adding words.

Hotel is nicely refurbished with rooms and bathrooms of a newer hotel. Hotel was full yet no waiting for elevators. Internet was fast and coverage excellent even receiving signal outside. Parking was available with no problems as its self park. Breakfast buffet excellent nice options including cooked to order eggs. Air conditioning excellent. Location, of course, depends on individual needs if you need north Bogota this was easy distance from good restaurants. Directly behind hotel is a "whole foods" style food store with tables to eat. Spa area was nice and clean. Marco gives an excellent strong massage. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent value overall.
