Bogota is a young vibrant, clean and safe city with tons to do. The Four Seasons is in a GREAT location just steps from everything. Spotless hotel with fantastic service. I was there with my wife abs oldest child and the service was unbelievable. Highly recommend

Amazing stay! Each and every staff member goes beyond even Four Seasons hospitality to make you feel like you are at home. I booked 2 rooms via Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts. Breakfast each morning was great! Love the Caldo soup and David and Jorge made our mornings great by either making it to go or pampering us at the hotel. Jhon at the bell desk is who make our stay remarkable. Any arrangement we needed from car service, to flight confirmation to any thing needed in Bogota or outside in Other cities-he was outstanding with his great personality and so polite. Every hotel needs a Jhon!! I have already planned a trip back to this location.

I had a great stay there. All the staff is attentive, the room was very spacious with a fantastic decoration. It had everything needed. Breakfast has great quality and isn't expensive. The outside area for breakfast is very nice and pleasant. It is well located.

Our family of four stayed for 2 nights over Thanksgiving break at the 4S Bogota. The hotel was very nice, reasonably priced, and feels like a boutique hotel. Excellent service as 4S consistently provides. The area is upscale, feels very safe, with lots of restaurants and shopping close by - all within walking distance. We had drinks on the outdoor patio each afternoon / evening, and the bartenders were very engaging, offering suggestions and samples. Rooms were very comfortable and good sized. Breakfast was excellent, and included in our rate thru Amex Platinum travel.

An excellent welcome and fabulous hospitality. We came to stay for three days and stayed for eight! This hotel is perfectly located, close to the life of Bogotá but at the same time a quiet oasis. What really impressed us, however, was the exceptional service we received. You don’t notice that the staff are there but when you need them, they appear as if by magic usually anticipating your every requirement with uncanny accuracy! This hotel came highly recommended by friends who live in Bogotá and we can see why. Thank you to everyone there.

We had a great meeting and event in Bogota for our agents that live there. The meeting area and breakfast served was excellent as were the accommodations and comfort of the bed. Room service was good (great club sandwich) and there was a WOLF watch winder by the ned to keep my timepiece wound when I wasn't wearing it. Nice feature!

We spent a week in Bogota and visited so many amazing sights...We selected to stay at this Four Seasons (one of 2 in the city) and we were so pleased with the accommodations, service and location. We had a suite on the 7th floor (a small view), but it was nicely appointed and quiet. The hotel is on a quaint but foot busy street with restaurants and bars...so we would recommend the back side of the hotel. We'd liked to thanks, John, Alexander, and Yoann at the front desk...they we so helpful and to Alberto (one of the food service staff) so nice...although everyone we spoke with were pleasant and helpful. Nicolas (who is the concierge for both Four Season Hotel) also coordinated all of our tours thru Hansa Tours and was very helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend this Four Seasons when you stay in Bogota.…
