Excellent service, good location, wonderful staff. The restaurant at the 10th floor is excellent, healthy food, nice cafe, beautiful view. In overall it is wonderful hotel. I recommend it. Price is also excellent, very convenient. Thank you.
I stayed at Sheraton in Bogota and it was great, the best buffet with different food each day. The service is really good they are always available for any question or request you have. The best buffet was on Friday it was traditional colombian food.
I was very disappoint with the room i got on the club level . It eemeinded me of a 3 star hotel. Small bathroom and room. I have stayed there in the past but this time the room left a lot to be desired. The service was good but the food also left to be desired. Also the rooms are not quiet with the plane noise
The experience was great!! Excellent service and attention, everyone is willing to help you and the food is delicious. Also the view to the mountains is awesome. Want to come back pretty soon!!! :) definitely it’s my number 1 hotel in Bogota
I stayed on this hotel for one week on Feb/2022 and all I can say is the best hotel in town, front desk and room service with excellent service, in general I can recommend this place for better stay in Bogota
The staff were very helpful - especially Hugo and Jessica. But, really, everybody from the breakfast buffet to the cleaning ladies were great. I could hear pretty much anybody in the hallway (my room was near the elevator) and I could hear outside noises, too. I was there on a holiday weekend so there wasn't that much traffic but I wonder what it's like during the work week. The room was nice and reasonably priced. It's convenient to the airport and the botanical gardens which are wonderful.
They open their lounge only in the morning and you can stll have small dinner on the first floor in the evening. Every time I had breakfast at the main restaurant, some of their veggies tasted and smelled a bit weird, I mean not fresh like the ones from yesterday's lunch buffet(on 17th Jan). Anyway, we ordered fruits yesterday evening at the restaurant on the first floor. And we couldn't believe our eyes because there was """moldy""" blue berry on top in a wine glass and its raspberries tasted like frozen ones. And besides, it was mushy like somebody intentionally made it mushy to hide its weird taste. Fungus(mold) can cause various health conditions and even cancer in our body. That's why people who prepare meals should be very careful about ingredients. Hippocrates used to say "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." and he emphasized the importance of nutrition to prevent or cure disease. You could harm your guests by giving them spoilt food. I hope they will not make the same mistake down the road. So I couldn't give this hotel 5 stars. But despite all of that I still believe that most staff are nice, friendly and willing to help their guests. Especially two young guys at the lounge working in the morning today are really attentive, nice and always ready to help out, which we really appreciate it.…
The Sheraton Bogota Hotel is a high quality hotel. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and linens, and just the right amount of amenities in the room and the bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and they had just the right amount of Covid prevention measures in place. They had an excellent gym and swimming pool, and a very nice lounge in the executive floor. Their service was on par with what you expect of an upscale hotel. It is conveniently located and it provides a shuttle service to the airport. I completely recommend staying at this hotel.
Second time I am staying at this property and would do it again upon future visits. The hotel is reasonably priced, has an hourly shuttle to/from the airport, is a ~10 minute ride to the airport, is well kept, clean and has attentive staff. It's quiet at night and the lounge, for those who can access it,
My significant other went to check in and didn't have my credit card (it was with me); they gave her a hard time. It took several emails and phone calls to try to resolve something as simply as paying for a room, even though I had given my credit card when I booked through the Marriott app. I expect a smoother process, especially for members with the higher status levels and a history of stays in Bogota. I don't think we will return to this property.
