I stayed for 2 nights in May and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and kindness of the staff, plus the top-notch food and ambiance at HAB Cafe - the hotel's restaurant. I went out to dinner at another restaurant in the city, but we ended up coming back to HAB Cafe for dessert and drinks because it's SO GOOD! The hotel is charming, the staff is kind and professional. They definitely make you feel at home & taken care of. Loved the bartenders, and huge props to Chef Luis!

The property was very nice and in a safe area. Our room was comfortable, though a tad small. The staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful at every exchange. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, coffee, and one dinner. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if in Bogota.

This was my second time at the HAB hotel, the first time I stayed here I was blown away by the décor and the vibe of this place, I had such a great time that I stayed 2 weeks at the hotel and it was like a home away from home. This month I had to go back to bogota and picked the hotel since I liked it so much, when I got there I was greeted by the same front desk manager, David, he was an outstanding host, I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of as I did. He took care of me every step of the way and even helped me by upgrading my room, just and overall awesome experience, I have to give special thanks to David, he was amazing, super polite and respectful and always willing to help me out. Also the food at this place is unbelievable, farm to table, all organic products, just great. 100% recommended.…

Hotel is ideally situated to explore many areas of Bogota. Set back from the main road on a quiet back street. Staff were exceptional at everything that they did. Not once on returning to the hotel did they fail to ask if we had enjoyed our excursions? Discrete and professional their service was exceptional. Room was fabulous with beds and pillows that you sank into. When you did manage to drag yourself from bed the room was fully stocked and very well proportioned. Restaurant was exceptional, no wonder people come from far afield to sample the delights on offer. The portions are extravagant, choice endless, taste impeccable and service a real treat. Try and cocktail or two you won’t regret that decision. Bogota has a beautiful botanic garden and this hotel I’d the next best thing to a trip there. Greenery and calming atmosphere make for a great city stay.…

I can say this was a mixed stay, to start the hotel is great to look at, very stylish with a nice bar and restaurant. When i checked in i was taken to a room that was directly outside a seating area, and near a garden type area. This was nice with all the great but it did have a big window that had to have the privacy curtain closed so as to not let people see into the room. This was actually all fine, a lovely room, comfortable and great size, however i did have one issue on one of the days which totally ruined the room for me. The hotel actually stepped up and the staff where excellent in how the resolved the issue going well above my expectations. The end result was that they in fact improved my view of the hotel and staff which was already good. The location is very good, a nice place to walk around with great little restaurants in the immediate vicinity. They also make an excellent Mojito in the Bar! I would not hesitate to stay here again!…

Hotel is towards the northern more affluent area of Bogotá not quite on top of the best restaurants and cafes but still close … the service in the hotel was exceptional .. the room was fine ( believe we had a medium room ) bed was a little small but pillows were comfy and sheets crisp .. we have been travelling for 6 weeks and this is the best shower of our trip .. fabulous .. the breakfast was included and was delicious only improved by the relaxing tunes played in the restaurant .. had dinner in the restaurant and it was gorgeous would highly recommend ..

Amazing hotel (esp. as for Bogota). Western style, centrally located, brand new, fantastic (knowledgeable, friendly, helpful) staff, great bar. All great. Considering comparable hotels, I'd say 5* and easily go-to place to stay in Bogota.

Great location, the staff is exceptional always willing to help you, the hotel is new very highend and elegant, the rooms are nicer super comfortable. The restaurant has a great menu with organic product direct from the local farm. The hotel is closer to the gourmet area, however they have a great restaurant. Also another curious thing, they have free drinking points so you can refill your bottle with potable water without charges.
