Positive: the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff was friendly (the cleaning lady, the driver, one of the ladies behind the desk). The location was convenient. Negative: The lady at the reception who received us was unprofessional and rude. We always give copies of our passports instead of the originals, but she asked for the originals. When I gave them, I asked if she was going to make a copy. She said no but then she was trying to scan them. I told her that that was unsafe as well and asked them back (because of the risk of ID-theft). She did comply but almost rolled her eyes at me! Then, she checked if we really wanted a double bed (like we had booked). We said yes. The bellboy was friendly at first, but he brought us to a room with 2 single beds. My wife and I are married for 2 years, so we obviously want to sleep in one bed. So we went back down to reception again and said that we might have gotten the wrong room by accident. She didn't apologize, but stared at us blankly and then said 'but the price is the same'. I answered that we prefer a double bed and then she gave a different key to the bellboy. Who then wasn't friendly anymore but gave us a weird look and muttered to himself in Spanish 'only one bed?!'. I understand that gay marriage is less wellknown in Colombia, but we've been travelling to more remote areas in the last 2 months and never encountered any problems. I'm not sure if they didn't understand we're together or if they did understand and are homophobic in this hotel. It was a very unpleasent experience for us. Then the next day, when we booked the free shuttle service, they wanted to charge us (while it was during the day when it was supposed to be free). I was quite fed up at that moment so I explained clearly that we booked this hotel because of the location and the shuttle service. In the end the manager agreed not to charge us.

Im going to get into details: the only reason you should stay here is if there are absolutely no options left in the middle of the night. They started charging you an different rate from the one you reserved and the staff is really rude ( specially if you are an old lady) so be really careful with your reservation online because they are going to charge again at the moment you will check in with them, also they charge an extra 19% for "special taxes" One of the members also threaten her with calling migration services about her expired passport, without notice she is citizen of Colombia with a valid ID. Very disappointed found also this racist treatment.

perhaps the only good thing about the hotel is the staff, particularly the very helpful bell boy. Shame that they only seem to speak Spanish, so if you don't have any Spanish it can be a problem. we stayed here for a few hours rest between connecting flights. We chose it as supponsingly it is near the airport, but still a 15 minutes taxi ride. The area where it is located is dreadful. The room was tacky. old furniture, very worn bed linen. Shower was good but could have been better if there was a sprinkler fitted on the shower head. Breakfast was very very basic. Coffee was so weak and tastless.

We booked the hotel because it was near the Airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, even after asking two times for a room change (The first room was to loud, so they moved us quitest room they had, unfortunatley without a window , so we had to move again). They provided free airport transportation.

Hotel tries to tax all members of your party the 19% national sales tax. I relate it to going to a store and buying a stove. If 4 ppl use the stove they would want to charge all 4 the sales tax. They pocket the 3 others' sales tax. Honestly even a 1 is too high but the sheets were clean.

I won't come back to this place and won't recommend it to anybody. And if you are thinking to stay in here, please don't. We had to spent a night in Bogota so we choose this hotel coz cheap and sore of close to airport. Room was ok, had hot water. But service and girls at front desk are a disaster. We had to stay at this place as the booking was already made and we wouldn't get money back. But if it was up to me, I will leave this place and go to another hotel. Front desk girls were rude from the very beginning. Gave us wrong information about restaurant, and we were so hungry and didn't eat anything before getting to the hotel. So we went to bed starving. And they just didn't care that info about restaurant were wrong ....bad, bad, bad !

We needed a cheap overnight stay that was near the bogota airport for a morning flight. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, cheap, breakfast included and a free shuttle service to the airport. As previous people have stated, it's located in a pretty run down area. I wouldn't stay here for more than 2 days but if you need a short stay it's perfect.

we were overcharged for no good reason, rude, unfriendly staff, rooms from hell. They want me to write more about one of the scariest places I have been to, It might not be a nice area, but this hellhole did not help either.

Although the premises were clean, the environment is highly polluted from inside out. The garage on the main floor doesn't have a ceiling and each floor can see down into it. Of course all the sounds of the garage and the fumes rise up as a chimney in the corridors and into the rooms. The bed sheets were not long enough to cover the whole mattress, obviously not an accident as large pieces of latex/plastic cover the mattress which is totally gross. Being allergic to latex didn't help. The breakfast area contains only 4 tables so we had to wait for a while while other guests finished. The only redeeming quality is staff that is most helpful. Since they don't have a shuttle bus, they had to spend over an hour on the phone to find a mini-van for our party of 7. Some of us were somewhat fortunate to have a room on the opposite side from the street so the noise level was tolerable. Three friends in our party were not so lucky and complained about how noisy the street had been until the close of a disco next door.
