The reception service is great, was there in two different occasions, the first time I almost freak out, I forgot my sleepers and my feet got so dirty....black!!! I had to request the floor to be mopped. If you got there after 9:AM for breakfast you won't get a decent one...the potatoes broth is good though...thank goodness. Restaurant food is...

Very good for the price you pay. No extras however all you need. Clean. I would suggest ask for a street side room as the back side I think has a kennel or vet office. Good service. Great price and breakfast.

I was there for 3 days, breakfast included, however is not too much options to get the delicious Colombian food. The water in the mini bar is crazy expensive $ 15000 Colombian pesos for a bottle? The TV not too much channels and not HD. In General is ok but you can get better places with the money that you...

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. The lobby is small with two public computes and no place to sit. Our room was clean, comfortable with a small bathroom. The restaurant is very basic in decor and the food it serves is very basic as well. That's what you get for $ 40.00 per night I guess. The...

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and modern, and the location is pretty good. There will be someone on staff who can speak English with you if your Spanish isn't up to par. But hey, you should practice! No complaints!

I recently stayed at your hotel and enjoyed it a lot. It is reasonably priced, clean and secure. I was not worried about the neighborhood. The front desk staff spoke english, and were always willing to help. The rooms are good size. The breakfast could have offered more. However, it was comparable to the breakfasts that I receive at other...

The hotel is not luxurious but it is cozy. The room is large and comfortable. The noise from outside was what bothered the most. We stayed in a room facing the street (try to avoid that). Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The hotel is located in a very good area, but not the best one in Bogota. If you can...

I went on August to Bogota and I did not have idea about hotels, so I chose Santa Barbara. I actually made a good decision. Personal is qualified, service is good enough and location is perfect if you want to find the best restaurants, bars or shopping centres. I was completely happy with all the service, so I repeated my...

The best asset of this hotel is its location, in Usaquén tourist district in Bogota. I have stayed in this hotel many times, and I have witnessed how it is deteriorating through time. It is true that the last time I got a very good rate, but I am tempted not to stay here anymore. The hotel is clean, but...
