The Hilton Corferias is the #1 choice if you are visiting or exhibiting at Corferias. It is expensive if compared with other 4-5 stars solutions in Bogotà, but the advantage is that you do not need a taxi or move to reach Corferias. The service is excellent, the breakfast is excellent, the cleaning of the room is perfect. I would like to add a special mention for Richard and Evelyn, very helping and friendly, among the best employees that you would like to have.

My room was large, very clean, and incredibly comfortable…with a great view of Bogota. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cappuccino’s were excellent! The neighborhood was good, and despite the horrendous traffic in Bogota, it is close enough to the airport to not be delayed.

Very kind people in their staff. Breakfast was good. Conference room was pretty cool and I felt that the hotel was able to create a working environment. Airport is some close. Also, it has a nice view to the city.

We stayed in a top notch suite. One of the nicest we've ever stayed in, but it was still reasonably affordable compared to other major world cities. Great executive lounge, small waits here and there, but generally helpful team.

I called this morning 4 times to just ask about a group rate. I don't speak Spanish but I asked politely for a English speaker. I am booking for a festival and needed to do this timely. He started speaking in English and I was like so sorry, my Spanish isn't good. I then proceeded to speak in English as he responded. He immediately hungup the phone. I then called 4 other times, and as soon as it got to someone answering they hung up.

Breakfast could be more variety.Frigobar empty. Checkin need long waiting time. Long waiting time in the restaurant and bar. I asked to wash a pair of pants, and after the service is ready, they didn't warn me and I had to go get it from reception. The pants came back still dirty.

I stayed at the Hilton Bogota Corferias while attending Colombia Travel Mart, a meetings industry conference. I must recognize the following staff for amazing customer service during my stay: LUIS-Front Desk check-in LINA-Executive Lounge...fantastic! CARLOS-Concierge par excellence! Great job getting my COVID test scheduled after some challenges. CHEF OSMAN MOLINA-Met him during a Price Travel reception in OKA Restaurant and he couldn't have been more gracious and friendly. MARIA JOSE EGUIGUREN: Sales Manager who did so much to make me super comfortable after our trade show appointment. There was also a member of the bellman/concierge staff (RENALDO? RAYNALDO?) who aggressively (seems to be a thing with some staff lol) questioned me about an umbrella I had borrowed on a rainy morning. Other than these two incidents, had a great stay.…

I was staying at the Hilton Bogota Cofrerias for a trade show. The room was clean and comfortable, the food and beverage services, very goo. On the day I was to check out, I tested positive for Covid. The hotel staff were unbelievably helpful. They allowed me to stay in the room I was already in, which made it so much easier to adjust. They even offered me the same event discounted rate I was already paying. Housekeeping immediately sent me extra towels before I even had to ask. Room service staff were incredibly kind. Concierge staff assisted me in arranging my daily testing and refilling my medications with the local pharmacy. Everyone who came to my door - dressed in full protective gear - was so compassionate and helpful. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the service I was provided.…
