Different from some past reviews, we liked a lot where the hotel is located (near a mall, some restaurants, not far from the beach). Yes, you need to have a car in Punta, so no news if you stay in this hotel. Breakfast is well served, although some food is from the previous day. The room is very confortable. If...

The Sisai hôtel is really expensive for what it is and for what you get. The location is very bad as it is far from the center so a car is mandatory if you stay there. The food is not good at all and the breakfast is very poor. Most important is that the employees don't speak English which makes...

We had so many hotels to choose from, but glad we chose this one, because from front to back, everyone we ran into delivered such good customer service that we made a note to get on line and review it when we got home. The staff was immediately accessible, accommodating and generous. They also put up with our terrible Spanish,...

Everything is new and comfortable. The breakfast could be better. There is a great inside heated swimming pool. The staff was very nice. Two problems with the bedroom: the curtains were not enough to keep the lights out in the morning and the air conditioning is central, set to heat during cold months, so the room was too hot and...

I stayed in the hotel during a long weekend with my husband and our girl of 3. I must say we were pleasantly surprised with a really comfortable room, spacious, very well maintained and with a beautiful balcony with sight to the garden and outdoor pool. The breakfast was great, with a very good variety and everything delicious. We tried...

Very clean and airy. Front desk could be a bit more welcoming, they do their job at check in but they don't really take a minute to tell you where breakfast is, for example. Having said that, we really felt like we were imposing whenever we had a request. Another issue was the wifi, very very slow. Other than that,...

This excellent hotel is modern in every way of meaning. It's interior is very pleasant, clean and smells good. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Must have car to go to the beaches. I went there in low season and the street was calm, green, good for walking / running.

My friend and I came for a lazy few days after almost a month of touring Uruguay and Argentina and we got just what we wanted - a spotless, luxurious, modern setting and great service. We loved the spacious, bright room with the light-tight curtains. I asked the restaurant staff for help in preparing a little surprise for my friend's birthday...

I stayed four days with two kids in Sisai, the ocerall experience was excellent. Very good breakfast, swimming pool, decoration and rooms. The hotel is cool and looks really good. Location is very close to Punta shopping center and design district, good place - but a car is a must in Punta. Grear service, such as lending chairs for the...

Considering the substantial cost of this place - the rack rates are between $350 and $800, it is not all that amazing. The staff are polite but not overly friendly. You are left with the distinct feeling that they are looking down their noses at you. Maybe that is a Punta thing. The room was okay and very contemporary, but...
