Well renovated rooms convenient location, Dubai Mall a view away, close to Airport bus stn A1, mediocre breakfast. No In Hotel restaurants but many options close by. 9 Floors of well maintained rooms. Helpfully staff, an improved spread of breakfast variety to have fresh hot breakfast will improve guest satisfaction levels .

I was looking for a last minute booking and I luckily found here, the staff was really friendly and helped me with the accommodation. The room was beautiful and good place to stay for short term and all necessary amenities provided. The reception staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I stay on Dec 02,2022. I checked in midnight around 1:30 am the reception guy he don't deserve at reception bcz he doesnt know how to talk with manner... He doesn't know how to welcome and hospitalized the guest. He has very very very ruid attitude... Really I was shocked when I checked in. Housekeeping staff is good specially Hk attendant Mr. Rahul Indian guy. He is professional in his job.

Coming right away from 🇺🇸 US. I had a very good time staying at the hotel 🏩. All The staffs are really amazing friendly and open.Starting from the Hotel Management Mrs Nora.
