I went on a week business trip and really enjoyed my stay. I'm not a fussy traveler; all I look for is a clean room and bathroom and I found just that. It's a busy hotel which is nice. I enjoy feeling like there are people around me. Check is was a breeze and service is great.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days as part of an International Delegation in April 2014 in the middle of the crisis. Despite the economic pressure on the country as a result of the conflict, this hotel is being maintained as a place of high standards and comfort both for local business people, and for the few foreigners who...

Firstly I suspect that many hotels in Syria are experiencing very low heads on pillows at the moment, thus...

In syria Dedeman is a good place to stay. All the staff is very helpfull and friendly. Especially the man who has the traditional dress and serve special Arab coffee during the check-in. Maybe some rennovation is needed for the rooms.

Anyway this hotel has 2 advantages , a big swimming pool and a night club ,...

I have stayed twice in this hotel last year for business trips. The hotel is considered rightly to be the second best choice in Damascus after the 4Season hotel which is much classier but much more expensive too. The hotel cover all the services a business traveller might need and it hostes many local events and conferences. It has three...
