1. Awful service 2. Very bad quality in rooms' finishing 3. Not so clean (smell from other rooms enter yours from the central AC) 4. Moisture and humidity in room 5. No experts available to fix the problem from its source. They just do whatever is easier and quicker for them. 6. Customer service at the reception are very rude, unfriendly and never smile. They even sometimes not answer you. Simply Worst Experience Ever! Worst hotel in Doha Not recommend at all!

Thats a detailed view of what you will face: I had a resevation as a single month to try the room and then make a yearly contract! Upon arrival the reception attitude was very bad he talked and i didnt understand and at the end he just said “thankyou” which means i had to leave!!   He was an indian guy! With no badge!! We shifted to the next girl beside him, her name was Mery!after waiting for around 13 mns she talked to us finally and told us the room was 4800 without room service and 5100 with it, i chose to go for 5100, after waiting she told us sorry wrong on system it is 5600 which was not acceptable at all and we refused, after refering to the phone for couple of minutes she returned to 5100, which is very weird, and gave us the room number to view, after around 30mins waiting in the lobby the bellbiy came and showed us the room! We went back to Mery to pay she took our info and i filled 2 papers and again, i had to wait for around 15 mns to hear that i have to pay 1600 riyal as a deposite which i didnt hear about at all, not at the beging nor when i reserved on the phone!!  We were leaving, and i stead of doing any action! Mery and the other nonrespectful guy told us from a distance  “ur reservation will be canceled”!!!!  Didnt respond and left!!

Service: Non Existing - the lady(Marivic - sales Executive) i was meant to contact in case of any issues was never available to see to my concerns. She gave me her WhatsApp number to message " If i ever need any assistance", after 3 weeks of not being able to get my dinner that's been paid for, 2 weeks of no lunch, i tried to reach her for assistance, she didn't read any message for 2 days. There was constant confusion between the Restaurant staff and the in-room dining number you call. I have not been fully vaccinated and as such i am not allowed to eat my food in the restaurant, in this case i get told to order from in-room dining service and they will assist me, when i called the in-room dining service they kept telling me to go down and arrange food at the restaurant myself, back and forth i went until i eventually just gave up arguing with people. The internet is extremely poor(1mb) and you must pay for better(8mb) internet if you require with only 2 devices allowed. This is a massive hotel, a 1mb line is not even 100kps at the best of times. I had no electricity in my room for a whole afternoon and I waited 5 hours for maintenance to come and look. The in-room telephone is electric and as such when there is no electricity you have to go down to reception for assistance. There is the next problem, expect to not wait less than 20-30min for assistance at reception, they are slow and there are always no less than 6-10 customers already waiting in line. I went downstairs one day to have my room key reprogrammed and there were 37 people in a que waiting to be helped( it was during Eid time) but one would think to provide more staff for your busy times. The rooms are old and outdated and they do not look at all like what their website advertises them as, the walls are very thin and there is always noise outside in the passageways from people shouting or children running around screaming and crying. If the person in the room next to you is on his phone or watching TV you can hear everything. The Internet connection keeps going off. For anyone involved in meetings regarding work etc. you cannot rely on the internet to be reliable. I had constant issues during meetings and when i was doing my exams online. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, but beware, you will not enjoy your stay. The AC in my room, during summer, stopped working and i waited for hours for the maintenance team to show up. I called 4 times and waited 3 hours, when he eventually did show up i asked him if he is very busy as i have been waiting for a while, he told me they only have 1 guy on duty and that's why the delay, now keep in mind this is a hotel with 4 buildings, 38 floors each, how many rooms?? and 1 maintenance guy on duty. Do the math. There are better hotels with much better value for money. Shop around and look, do not settle for this hotel, its got very low standards. West bay has plenty of decent hotels at the same rate. The only reason i had no choice was because the agency has a corporate rate here, hopefully this will change in the future.

Rooms need updated, teleivision limited if your interested in sports and films very disappointed in the selection of english channels. Staff were nice, good value for money but no beer bar for the world cup, so if your looking for a hotel with good television and a beer bar for the world cup forget this hotel. Small windows in rooms very little light gets in so it sort of depressing along with the old furniture. Elevators great for the children to play time, pool is nice and they have a shop on 4th floor. You get internet but its 1970's slow so dont depend on netflix working. Not the kind of hotel for a relaxing holiday lots of guys staying in hotel working, boiler suits visable after 6 in the evening. Its a work persons hotel not a holiday hotel in my opinion lack of tv films, decent sports channels and beer bars there are better in this area back in August 21 will give you an update
