We made absolutely the right choice when we decided to stay in an Executive Room at the Hilton Doha, it is exceptional value for money and unlocks an unbelievable level of personal customer service. Without doubt the most dedicated, friendly, efficient, professional staff members we have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble, we had a couple of minor issues, which if not dealt with could have marred our trip, but as they were resolved immediately by the team, made us feel valued, impressed and reassured. Outstanding members of the team, Jenny, Jennifer, Rhia and Sayed are worth an extra special mention, however each and everyone at the hotel live and breathe the ethos and values of the Hilton brand, which will ensure we return and recommend it to all our friends and family. Our Executive Room provided exceptional value for money, spotlessly clean, efficient housekeeping, enormous room with spectacular views, comfy beds, fluffy towels, robes and slippers, free wifi, Nespresso coffee, plentiful complimentary water and toiletries. Access to the Executive Lounge really helps with budgeting, as Doha is not the cheapest of destinations, especially with regards to alcohol. You could easily not eat out, as the offerings in the Lounge are more than enough to see you through the day and evening. Wine and bottled lager is plentiful, without the rescrictions or slow service some hotel lounges provide, available from 6-8pm each evening. The hotel has its own private beach, which is a great asset in Doha. My only gripe would be that the beach is not cleaned up each day, there were quite a few cigarette ends/bottle tops, etc left on the sands for days. If that was sorted I would find it impossible to give any kind of negative feedback for the hotel - they really do seem to have thought of everything and their Make it Right ethos works exceptionally well. We are just coming to the end of our 3 night stay at this hotel and I have to say that my wife and i have been very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. The baggage handlers and concierge were nothing but very helpful and the front reception lady who booked us into our Club room ( 1402) was very professional and informative, so it was a very warm welcome to the Hilton Doha.
The warm welcome continued throughout our stay and our room proved to be everything we could have wished for, thank you to the cleaning staff who did an immaculate job in keeping it cleaned and replenished daily. The Club lounge also proved very worthwhile, throughout the day and in particular for a couple of hours in the evening, Deepak is a credit to the Hotel and left a lasting impression with his immaculate service and continuous smiling face. The rest of the Club lounge staff were also on point, so a big thank you to everybody for looking after us up on the 22nd floor.
Then we have the morning breakfast and what a fantastic choice of food there was to choose from, a big advantage for me is when i see Indian staff, especially the chefs because a curry choice, breads and pakoras etc is my idea of heaven for breakfast. I even requested Masala tea to the waiting staff and ten minutes later a T- pot of freshly brewed Chai was provided. Fantastic service and thank you to the chefs and waiting on staff for looking after us. The breakfast buffet has food to suit every pallet, with local, SE Asia and Western choices as well as the obligatory egg station. The food is also kept nice and warm which isn’t always the case in a lot of hotels.
The pool area and beach was a lovely space to relax and the addition of ground staff keeping a eye on everything was a nice touch. The guys in the green jackets, security, are doing a great job, as are the pool attendants and bar staff.
We are lucky travel a lot and have to say this hotel ticks every box for us, anybody travelling to Doha whether it be for business or pleasure can book this hotel in full confidence of having a very pleasant experience, we can thoroughly recommend it. Thank you to everybody.

I arrived to the hotel @ 1:30AM from Airport and yet the reception and room service were very quick in allocating my room and serving me a hot pasta. I was quarantined in this hotel for 10Nights @ Room# 1610, which has great sea/city view. Only downside is that the whole 10 Days, i couldn't see sunset/sunrise as the hotel is consutructed in such a way that only the executive suites on both corners such as rooms# 2, 3 & 11 can get those views and also only those rooms have a balcony. So, make sure to book those rooms, if your stay is long like mine. The hotel staff was kind enough to let us stroll around the hallway, especially Supervisor Mr. Madhur was kind enough to provide me anything required in the room and complimentary items received were world class; i think i'm going change my Shampoo, conditioner and Body lotion. Lastly the food was tasty and healthy - but the fruit juices provided can be improved by opting for a better brand. Overall the stay at Hilton was cool & fantabulous.

When we arrived at around 8:30 am it was so nice just to get a room and we were given a nice room on a high floor. After a few hours catching up with our sleep the duty manager Mustaf called me to offer us an Executive room with balcony, which we then moved into. The balcony proved to be excellent due to how it caught the sun in the afternoon. It was also immaculate thanks to Dipendra, his housekeeping was excellent. In the Executive Lounge both Deepak and Jennifer were excellent hosts and look after us the whole time we were there. The hotel is well positioned, the private beach and outdoor pool was quite during our stay and very enjoyable. We ate at in the hotel one night for their Seafood Banquet, it was enjoyable, although a buffet so very informal dining. I had a beer late at night in Shotts bar was like most hotel lobby bars I guess, not somewhere I would recommend. Finally, I would like to thank Veronica at the front desk for always being on hand for us and giving us so many wonderful suggestions of places to visit. Overall a very memorable stay and if going back to Qatar I would return to the Hilton Doha.

Our stay in Hilton Doha Westbay was awesome! From the reception, pool area, housekeeping, help desk, they were all helpful to our needs.
The room was cozy to stay, however the room needs a little bit more of lighting as it was too dark even though we turned on all the lights inside our room. The walls in between each room are not that sound proof as we can hear noise from outside, but that is perfectly fine.
What I love the most is how the staff from each area interact with their guests. They will make you feel at home! I recommend Mr. Ahmad, the assistant manager whom we met at the pool area. He was welcoming and approachable as well. The waiters at the open bar, they were all smiling even though the weather outside was scorching.
The Filipina waitress from Trader's Vic, I forgot to get her name. She was there to guide us through their menu and gave us recommendation which to order, and it didnt disappoint! Food was scrumptious and the ambiance inside the restaurant made it extra special.
Ms. Ann, who was on duty in the reception area, made sure our check-in smooth and also arranged late check-out for us. Thank you for your immediate approval. We appreciate it a lot.
All the staff from Mawase Restaurant, who served us breakfast, you all deserve a thumbs-up for a job well done. Special mention to Elizabeth and Aldren, who went back and forth to our table to make sure everything we need was there. Thank you so much!!
Overall, what made our rating excellent is the inclusive breakfast during our stay in Hilton. It was not hard to choose which food to order as they have Breakfast sets. We really enjoyed our breakfast there.

I visited the spa looking for a massage to relief a persintent back pain. Ivy at the reception went through all the options, explained everything and answered all my queries in detail. I booked a Deep Tissue massage with Joana and it couldn’t have been a better choice. She has a strong touch, is very experienced, attentive and called my attention to all the areas of my back that were too stiff. Patiently worked to relief the pain and when she finished I was feeling a lot better. The treatment room was spotless, soft relaxing music and great tea after the treatment was done. I’ll be back for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay especially when you are with the kids. Located at the perfect spot in Doha, who would like to relax for few days. The ambience around is so energetic, that you would wish to stay there for more than a week!! Check in’s were so organized and smooth, which every guest would wish for. Ms. Angelica, the floor manager made sure there was no delays in this process. Staffs are so vibrant and made sure there were no hassles for all the guests. Even during this pandemic season, the staffs made sure their guests were taken care and surroundings were properly sanitized.
The restaurant is so perfect with nice music and serves the best breakfast. Good thing for me, they serve kids friendly cuisines, which other hotels used to lack.
Pool and Beach is a perfect spot for couples and family. If you need to click pics, this is a perfect location. Kids will love it!! Special mention to 2 staffs, Mr. Mubarak and Mr. Leonard, who was with us during our tour around the pool and beach areas. As a guest, I had a personal request, although it was against their hotel rules, they made sure special permissions were taken prior and as Hilton preaches”Putting customers/guests at the front”, they made sure both the rules were not violated and me and my family was happy. By the way, keep looking for the dance steps by Leonard. You can notice it at certain times, he loves and enjoys his work. Thank you to both of you and being my daughter’s favorite.

I would like to thank all the staff especially The management Sami and Mustafa. We enjoyed the stay the services was perfect. No need to go outside the hotel restaurants bar or shop everything is close at hand. The room was nice with sea view, the pool is big with easy access to the beach and well served for the safety of the kids. Covid-19 Measures: Taking temperature in the entrance of the hotel with the verification of Ehtiraz App, wearing mask in the hotel is obligatory sanitizers are every where in the room, elevator, lobby... the menus was replaced by QR code that can be scan and viewed on the mobile. The stay was nice my daughter was happy being there she made many freinds and she want already to go back there so thanks Hilton Doha.
