it's a nice basic hotel, great if you are in Beirut for business or for pleasure, the staff are so nice the rooms are clean and neat, there is a cute small desk in the room, a sofa, and the tv channels are great.

1- Yes, they have.
2- No for both, but they're in opposite for Raouche Corniche.. some people used to swim in the private beach there but I didn't try.
