this is one of the city's best hotels, with lovely, period decorated rooms on a Parisian style and a rooftop pool (albeit unheated!). there is a grand piano in reception which we enjoyed most evenings. staff were courteous and helpful at all times. One tip; do not try to walk anywhere away from the hotel; maps are useless and this...

The first thing you will notice is butler opening the door for you as you exist ur vehicle in front of the hotel. I love old school in new school. Once you enter the hotel, you will witness the stunning work of design, elegance and fine taste in the lobby. It's so unfortunate that the staff isn't fully bilingual (English...

great service. Everyone is helpful. They even gave me back euros instead of the local currency. They asked me if I carry my passport as I was departing early in the morning. They helped with transportation.

My first time in Beirut. I've been there for 3 nights with my wife. This hotel is luxurious and elegant. It reminds me of european hotels mixed with a Lebanese style - a great mix. The room and the bathroom were spacious, comfortable. The staff was catering to our every need and made us feel at home. The restaurant in...

I ended up hosting my staff (25 persons) Xmas party in Les Gourmandises in December '15 after a major SNAFU in the Mövenpick and I can only say we were delighted. The hotel is very well located. Very Close to buzzing Hamra street. Staff is extremely friendly and well trained. Room was very vast and clean. Hotel amenities are amazing. I even got a towel with my own name embroidered on it. The extreme in personalization. Breakfast was great. In a nutshell, Bravo.
