A simple hotel, well priced and very very helpful. Welcoming, relaxed and concerned with the wellbeing of the visitors. It's a good sign that plenty of nationals use the hotel as well as foreign visitors.

Talal hotel is a great place! Literally it feels like home. Staff is sooooo great and helpful and carring, just like a family. Location is good, close to the chic downtown and minnibusses station. The airport pick-up was friendly and waiting despite the early hour of the morning and a flight delay. The staff were friendly and the room basic but adequate, the air conditioning worked but not controllable (on or off only, but again adequate). I would not want to be in this building in the event of a fire but that can...

My husband and I stayed at Talal Hotel for 1 night. We arrived in the middle of the night and arranged with the hotel for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. They were waiting for us with a sign when we arrived (check for that). The room was simple, but had air conditioner (check), comfortable beds (check)....

Couldn't ask much more from Talal in the way of backpacker's joints, which are fairly thin on the ground in Beirut. It was clean, quiet, well-located, and the staff incredibly helpful. The showers were hot, and you have a great big locker next to your bed for security.

The hotel was located on a very strategic position, near both Gemayze street and downtown (10 minutes walk). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had interesting discussion with them regarding the political situation in Lebanon. We stayed in a shared room, and have no complains about it. Perhaps the only thing missing was a common "hang-out" area, but...

The staff welcomed us in a very friendly way, they even offered us drinks. The hotel is really well situated in the city, it just takes 5 minutes walking to arrive to the parliament in the city center. Everything in the room was clean, AC working perfectly, hot water in the shower, etc. In few words, it is well worth...
