Large rooms with excellent attention to details. Nice breakfast buffet from beautiful rooftop that has a great view of the city. A bit away from city center and Tehran traffic can lead to long commute times.

We went there with couple of friends to have some early evening snacks and shisha as well. Tooba has a roof top which's got a spectacular view of Tehran. they have variety of interesting drinks and massive shishas! Pos: - Good service - Nice view Cons: - Expensive - Fairly tiny place

Located on the northen side of the city. Good service, outodoor cafè and restaurant on the roof top. Larger room on higher floors; I'd recommend to avoid first floor). Quite expensive compared to cost of life in Tehran, but I guess this is same all around the city.

Great hotel, amazing staff and fantastic food!! The room was more than adequate with excellent room cleaning. TV was OK and the aircon worked well throughout. Stayed for 8 days and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. The roof top grill has a different menu every evening with views of the mountains to the North of Tehran. Recommended...

Cons: Not many people know about the hotel by name, so you might want to have a map or pin it on your map. Not all the staff know english. The Ironing board provided is very small. No shaving kits...

Average hotel apartment, with average rooms. Not so recent, but clean, and the staff are friendly, and helpful, but not perfect English speaking. Well located in the heart of the city, but in a really quiet residential area. Breakfast is served on the last floor, with nice view on the mountains surrounding the City. a good choice, and you can...
