Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.. the hotel is very clean, excellent service and good food. The room is well maintained and so are other hotel facilities. Would definitely recommend this place.
My overall experience was on the average/poor side of the scale. I stayed one month there, and I had to change my room four times. I chose a sweet because I was staying there for one month. My first room had a very bad furniture and a broken sofa which was really uncomfortable to sit on, when I requested a room change they were really helpful and they changed it with no obligation. My second room was changed due to a lizard which was found at night. My third room was changed because it was smelly and it was smoking room and I asked for nom smoking. My forth and last room was an apartment room, it was the biggest room in the hotel and was quite comfortable and nice. I can’t say that the hotel is the best because it suffers from a lot of issues starting with hygiene ending with the frozen food which tastes really bad especially “Your Choice of Eggs” breakfast which doesn’t taste really good, although I had given my review to the chef multiple times. I have met with Mr. Nicolas the hotel manager, he’s really friendly guy, and hopefully he was will aware of my honest review. Although I was not given proper justifications for some hygiene issues such as the insects in the restaurant area, I’m sure that Mr. Nicolas is doing his best to work on improving the overall staying experience. With all of that being said, I have to mention few good things that really impressed me in the hotel. I will start by saying that the gentleman called Mustafa from the kitchen staff is one of the nicest, hardworking people I have met in my life, he always made sure to accommodate my needs to the fullest. The gentleman in the front desk I think his name is Mustafa as well is really professional and always does his best to help me. The housekeeping staff are always smiling and doing their best cleaning wise. The staff in general are really professional and really pleasant to talk to. Hopefully the next time I visit, Ibis will get better. …
The suite was nice, good service and very prompt reception. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. The facilities are excellent. Good follow-up and adherence to the covid protocols. Enjoyed my stay. It has a good location with Lulu hypermarket just 2 minutes of walk. In house restaurant has a good range of foods and timely served
Ibis Manama is ideally located in Seef right in front of City Centre Bahrain and adjacent to Dana Mall which I think is a great plus point because there is a cheap place to stay in such a great location and the executive apartment that I stayed in is also practical and equipped with all the basic facilities you need to have a comfortable stay with family members or if you are in Bahrain on a business trip or with friends and are looking for a reasonable option that’s close to the main attractions and places! Their breakfast menu is also extensive and the service is great and you can also choose to have your food in your room or downstairs in their restaurant!
There is not concrete wall between 2 rooms. Probably the partition between 2 rooms is with sheet. There is no sound proofing what's so ever between rooms! All the talking, opening doors any movement you will hear it in your room! Though this is CORONA time, I observed some hanky panky things happening in this hotel. Saw some girls doing illegal activities. Heard some sound from adjacent room 4-5 times during my stay of 10 days. Breakfast and food having very limited options.
