Don’t waste your money nor time to stay at this hotel. Their rooms are too small, hallways have a horrible stinky smell, their breakfast isn’t even a 1 Star & not so clean either. They need to be shut down & be closed for good.
The location of the hotel is not ideal as it’s not central although close to the airport. The rooms didn’t really match the photos. The bedroom itself was clean although there was only one towel in the room and it was tattered and torn. We asked for more and a hand towel and only got one. This place wouldn’t be very ideal for women staying alone as men are always approaching them in the area. When we got into taxis all the drivers told us this wasn’t an ideal place to stay
Seedy, dirty, uncomfortable, no towels, no hairdryer, no mixer for spirits and no restaurant as advertised. The pictures are completely different to the reality of stained leather sofas with disgusting shower curtain and splattered walls, glasses everything. Absolutely disgusting place. Tried to charge for a £5 bottle of wine 255SAR!!! Madness!! What an awful place facing a small beach full of plastic and waste in a very seedy end of town. Would never recommend it.
hotel accommodation was good including nice rooms, bed and breakfast boutique hotel, the area in noisy and night specially in weekends. the rate was average and equal to provided service. recomended for singles
I have experience working in the Hotel industry, so It did not take much for me to notice the areas that were overlooked. 1. Finding the hotel was a nightmare. There was no signage in the area with the new name, the old name (Florida) is still up. 2. When I checked in, the front desk staff did not share info about the available facilities i.e. gym, swimming pool etc. 3. The room had a stench that would not fade even after calling housekeeping to solve the issue. Note: They used what looked like Air wick bathroom spray which just made it worse. 4. There was dust on the couch in the living room which was so evident. 5. The toilet seat had stains, the toilet paper was running out and the shower head was filthy. 6. The hot water got cold in minutes during my shower (a first even for a hotel in this category). 7. Breakfast was not buffet style though I admit that was not promised. After selecting from an al a carte menu, the meal was served cold and everything was drenched in oil. The croissant was stale, I requested for medium done sunny side up eggs, but I was served runny oily eggs. The mushrooms were bland, and the hash browns were inedible. The tea was served in a cup instead of a teapot hence cold by the time I was ready to have it, the waitress was startled that I requested for yoghurt for my cereal since I have a mild intolerance to cow’s milk, the cutlery did not match, I was given a soup spoon for my cereal. 8. The 1st elevator to your left from the lobby was not working. I had to wait for 5 minutes until I had no choice but to use it to go back all the way to the ground floor from the 19th floor. After reporting this to the front desk, I was told not to use it which did not make sense if it was the only elevator coming up the whole time I was waiting. 9. The notice on my door in the room still has Florida branding. Over all I am very disappointed mostly because I expected more especially with basic things since the hotel was rebranded. I imagine people expect better from the Loumage management. One of your competitors with the same star rating offers way better quality and value for one’s money. I will not book to stay in any property managed by this brand in future unless someone recommends it.…
