On the plus side, the room & bathroom are quite nice & cosy, and the gym is well equipped. Everything else is terrible, especially the service a the food. Swimming pool & swimming pool area was filthy, and the general atmosphere of the place is gloomy. I can't recall a worst experience, especially in a branded hotel, so don't let it fool you and do yourself a favour by booking another place. To avoid at all cost !!
I stayed for on week n i got very very bad experience, everybody work like garbage, front office dont know how to welcoming people, Mand house keeping never come to clean my room. This is the first and my last. I sweet.
Not a lot of positives. Food is absolutely terrible. Breakfast is tastless and as for lunch and dinner. Please give it a miss, do yourself a favour and go out. Ask for my bedding to be changed, knew it had as it smelt of food and was dirty ( picture does not do it justice). I am sure that there are a lot of other hotels that are a 100 times better. If there was one or two redeeming things was the position and the staff (some of them as English was not understood by some ). But I am clutching at straws here.
Worst service in a so called 4 star hotel ever! They can’t claim themselves with such high ratings when they r not able to keep up with the standards. They serve plain rice for lunch at 4pm in the evening. Not once! Such late delivery is their routine.. that too for foriegn travellers staying in quarantine when they can’t even step out. It’s like staying in lock up! Literally..
Rooms are comfortable but the cleanliness not of the best quality. Pillows very hard and should be adding more soft type pillows. Breakfast low quality and cheap style. Price of rooms high if comparing to the standards they offers. Had to wait long time sometimes for room service to appears after ordering. I stayed 10 nights on the 12th floor.
