very good experience and friendly atmosphere.especially enjoyed the advice and courtesy of Amita fir the morning breafast session. She is always very accomodating and helpfull. hope she progresses the next time i come for my stay. A big thanks to Amita and her team.
The entire experience right from booking, check in until check out was extremely good ! The staff is extremely warm and pleasant and they go out of their way to help the guests! Would specially like to thank Neeraj who did his best to take care of all that I needed - right from arranging my visa till I left the hotel ! Would also like to thank Conrad and Lily as they were extremely warm, pleasant and friendly and took good care of me during my stay! Rooms are a little small but definitely value for money ! Overall the hotel is very clean ! Walking distance to many restaurants ! Would definitely stay at Ramada in my next visit and recommend to friends and family too!
Less than a stone's throw from the heart of Bahrain's social hub, the hotel is perfectly situated. The staff are wonderful, especially in the restaurant and the chef is always popping out to see if you're enjoying his work.....which I always do! ..........if you're a cricket fan then these guys would love to stand and chat with you. Special mention for the wonderful masseuse, super friendly and very professional. I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions for roughly 10 nights each time so I am familiar with several of the staff and feel really welcome every visit. I hope that when life returns to something like normal following the pandemic, I can return there for another stay.
Pros: Location - walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants. Staff friendliness - receptionists and duty manager very helpful and warm. Comfort of beds Cleanliness of rooms Discounted breakfast buffet - 5BD/day for guests. A good, cheap option. However, it is perhaps a little basic for most, as you're most certainly getting quantity over quality here. Cons: Gym is far too narrow. Equipment is dated and in desperate need of updating. Hotel toiletries are of poor quality. You can hear everything in the next room to you via these redundant doors. These doors (pictured) serve no purpose at all. They are a needless border in the wall between rooms and it (personally) makes it less desirable to stay here again because of these doors. A real shame. I requested to move rooms due to late-night noise from a family in the room next to me. The hotel accommodated me with a move from a king suite to a twin single room (which I'm not happy with) and, again, there were two loud guests next to me. I didn't want the fuss of complaining (and moving) again, so I'd like the hotel to develop training on how staff negotiate these issues with guests. If a single room guest complains of noise from a family room/twin room next to them, then it would be logical to avoid repeating the same scenario, surely? In my honest opinion, I think if you stay here at a decent rate for 1-2 nights, it it best. Any longer than that, and I believe you'll feel irked about the shortcomings I've mentioned above.…
Excellent hotel and amazing value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel in general is spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Located within 5minutes walking distance of shisha and food places. All reasonably priced too. Car park is small and can get busy but the guard there will help you park and find you a spot no problem. The gym isn’t amazing. Small room with couple pieces of equipment but does the job for a quick workout. The pool also isn’t amazing but is useable. All in all. Excellent hotel at an excellent price. Very good location. I would definitely stay again!
