Great staff overall but l have to highlight Brylle and (sorry l didn’t get his name) traineè he was working with yesterday and today. They went an extra mile to meet services l requested especially yesterday. I would most certainly recommend to friends and guests visiting our establishment as l am here to open a new branch of our Company in Dubai.
We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. First of all, it is written the room is 32 m2, but it is nearly half! We checked in then went to our room. When we see the room is so small, we went back to reception in 5 minutes and asked that why it is written 32 m2 but the room is not. We asked for a bigger room. They said yes, you are right but all our rooms are this size. As you checked in, you have to pay even you cancel your reservation!!! There was no available hotel during the festive holiday so we had to stay in this hotel. The location was good, it is in the Manama city centre. There was breakfast, it was good enough. The bed was small, and it was not comfortable. It is an old hotel so furnitures and bathroom is very old. There was only one bath towel in double room. We had to call reception 2 times to request one more, then they bring it to us. There are better hotels to stay in seef region with the same price.…
Good for short stay or to visit friends in Kingdom of Bahrain and ideally for singles and couples in short holiday or special occasions or tour, l find it quite and comfortable to use it from location point of view
The hotel is located in a good area. Even though it is on a main street, it is quiet at nice, so I slept very well. Plenty of shopping nearby. The hotel is very clean and my room had plenty of storage space. Most of all, the front desk and housekeeping staff was quite friendly and helpful -- definitely something I appreciated. Also, it has a nice pool.
The stay was comfortable. Rooms are clean and cleaning staff are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend a slightly different breakfast spread each week - just a suggestion. Otherwise, always happy with my stay.
Found the entire staff helpful. Even though the food & drink items were limited in quantity, the quality was so good didn't feel the need to go out for any meal. Room service was good. Overall, it was a very good experience.
A nice hospitable hotel I would like to extend my thanks to the room service (housekeeping) and specially to miss Margaret at the reception for her understanding, all in all our stay is comfortable , thanks for the new waitress (michelle) who replaced the waiter , for her accommodating gestures and giving her best assistance
The rooms are very basic and could do with renovations. Location is good and there is plenty to do in the local area. Swimming pool area is nice and relaxing. Gym and masseuse are available. Breakfast basic, food over priced. The hotel does have smoking rooms and a smoking bar. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overall good stay
Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights en route to a further destination, the room was huge, plenty of room to chill out and with a good desk to work at, spotlessly clean. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The first night we had a rooftop bbq, unlimited food, unlimited drink (from a list so not everything was in the deal) The food was fantastic, and the drink was very effective! The atmosphere was great, with a karaoke session that was great fun. Nice sleep afterwards, the next day I only wanted a light meal, but ended up with another deal, unlimited buffet and soft drinks, again the food was excellent, fantastic meal again. As I said, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the name of the singer but in the restaurant and seemingly everywhere, Farrukh was notably helpful providing help, advice for me who had no idea what half the food was! Was there a downside to the hotel? Yes, I had major problems with the electronic door lock thing and the card/key structure. Farrukh came to the rescue! Looking forward to stopping there again on the way home!…
As we are living nearby we have not stayed in the hotel. But, my husband and I frequently walk over to the lounge for a glass of wine and a few games of billiards. The lounge staff, Doris, Michelle, and I am embarrassed to say I don't know the names of the other staff, are all wonderful! The staff is this small establishment's greatest asset! The pool table and surrounding area is very well taken care of and kept clean. Also, any time there is an issue, for example, a broken tip on a pool cue, Doris, the manager returns it repaired in less than 5 minutes every time. The music isn't the greatest but we have been allowed to hear and play our preferences, the condiments aren't the greatest, but we've been allowed to bring our own when we order French fries. This is just an example of why I say the staff is their greatest asset. In addition to the great staff, I must say we have met some wonderful and colorful characters as well.…
