Good& fair selection of fresh fish and other choices (Oysters, Clams, etc.), different way to cook it at your choice, fast service NB: Nice& new way to clean your hand after ;-) My wife didn't reject the idea of asking them about the ingredients of the hot lemon bowl they bring to clean your hands after meal- you better go and ask yourself?
There is a Japanese casual dining style restaurant in this hotel along side a seafood restaurant both serve good quality food. The sushi is good at Fuji sushi , not as expensive as some places and somewhat better quality than many on the island . The seafood restaurant serves good variety of dishes and is popular among expats.
